Absolutely love this chair! Not only does it help tremendously with my infant who has acid reflux, but what sold me on this is that it can grow with my baby. She can use this way beyond 6 months like many other rockers/ bouncer chairs. We bought two a pink and a tan and love them both!

In the beginning, I was choosing between a swing and a bouncer. I had previously purchased a swing online, but it didn't work well—the plug-in type broke easily, and when the baby sat in it, they sank down a lot. There wasn't enough neck support, so it was easy for my baby to choke on his own saliva. Ergobaby bouncer provides sufficient support and has three adjustable recline positions, which is very suitable. My baby can sit and play with toys on his own, allowing me to free up my hands a bit to do other things (like eating!). It's also easy to move around, which makes it convenient to bring my baby to wherever company is needed. I think this is a great lounger for babies before they're able to sit up on their own!

Love this bouncer, and our baby fits really well in it. It does exactly what we need it to do, and functions great. Our 2mo old (approx. 10-11lbs) fit in there with the infant insert and we have had no issues. The material of the bouncer however, leaves our babys hair matted - which are a pain to get out of babys hair. Its still baby hair (soft, not textured yet), but both my partner and I have wavy/curly hair. So we had custom covers made to go over the bouncer (part blow out protection, and part hair protection).

My twin granddaughters use it every day. The infant insert is a game changer. They were 4 pounds when they were born, and the insert allows them to sit with the support they need. My one-and-a-half-year-old grandson also still enjoys sitting in it and bouncing.

Really disappointed. I bought this for my grand-daughter thinking it would vibrate or bounce on its own but it does not. You have to bounce it yourself. For the price of this it is not worth it in my opinion. Sadly disappointed

She was specific in her needs and I came across Ergobaby during the Christmas season and read the reviews which were all amazing, so I decided this would be the one to purchase. She is extremely pleased and satisfied with the product. She highly recommends this product, it's comfortable, looks very nice, design is great also. The best part she loves about it is the insert for newborns which supports head to hips is perfect. Very Please with Ergobaby.

Wish they had a few more toy attachments that were easily washable and in primary colors. Otherwise, great product.
