Inconsistent and Unreliable: Disappointed with Escali Arti XL Digital Scale
I purchased the Escali Arti XL Glass Digital Scale hoping for an upgrade, especially with its capacity to weigh up to 22lbs. However, I was thoroughly disappointed with its performance. The biggest issue I encountered was its inability to accurately measure small quantities, such as the 10 grams of salt required for my sourdough recipe. Despite multiple attempts, the scale stubbornly stayed at 0, even as I poured the salt. Moreover, the tare reset function proved to be erratic, displaying fluctuating numbers on the screen even when placed on a perfectly even surface. This inconsistency in weight measurement was frustrating and rendered the scale unreliable for my needs. Given these issues, I will be returning this scale and seeking a more dependable alternative.

Perfect and Easy to Read
I wanted to start to proportion my food out. This scale is super easy to lean, not areas for food to get stuck. Its durable too!! The Blue screen is easy to ready. I can even use an empty glass, zero it out and add my liquid protein to measure the amount I need.
