[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using it for quite awhile and it helped to sooth the itchy skin. But I was surprised and disappointed to find that it is suddenly no longer available for sale to my location (Hong Kong), not even through online! May I know why?

I've been using this body wash for a very long time now. Its wonderful on my skin and it was all I'd ever use but I'm upset I can't find it when shopping any more. There's no tags or anything. Completely removed from shelves. Of course I can buy it online more often up here but it was so much easier to just get it in stores :(

The only thing that keeps my eczema from flaring up all year round

Sent a friend to get me some lotion and end up with this. I can see the confusion though. I don't know when Eucerin started making body was and eczema cream. Guess the cream part kinda threw me off. Maybe it's lotion. Maybe it isn't. Should definitely be alot more clear as to what it is your selling. Cause it definitely looks like lotion but not lotion. Kind of irritated right now. To bad it can't have a calming effect on that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like Chris said - the bottle pretty clearly says that it’s non-foaming and does not contain soap. Which is why it’s so ideal for eczema and extremely dry/sensitive skin. If you’re looking for a lather-y, sudsy soap this is NOT for you. Eucerin products are not designed to act/feel like most other products and are not like your typical Dove or Olay soaps and lotions, so don’t go into them expecting that. That said, you really don’t need to use too much if you use your hands. I recommend wetting your entire body, standing out of the way of the water (or even turning it off altogether), and then massaging it all over and then going over your body with a gentle wash cloth before rinsing. If you’re someone who sweats a lot I don’t think I’d recommend this, but for an average going to class/work day, it’s perfect for making me feel fresh without my skin feeling stripped. Pair it with a nice body oil and the advanced repair lotion and you’ll feel absolutely stellar.

The front of the bottle clearly states that it’s non-foaming so idk what the other reviewers gripe is.

I feel like I use more product because it does not lather at all. No relief from itching, however, it doesn't irritate my eczema.

I have eczema on my hands that kept flaring for months. I didn't realize that it was due to my moisturizing body wash for eczema from another brand until I switched to Eucerin body wash for eczema. After months of dry, flaky, itchy hands, they finally cleared! This doesn't lather and I don't detect a scent, but it does the job and rinses easily from my skin.

Does the job everytime. Noticeable difference in how skin feels when using this product as opposed to regular soap. A quality product.

For those eczema prone like me, this is the holy grail. It’s very soothing and mild on the skin but effective for itch relief. After shower I always follow up with Eucerin eczema relief cream.
