I've used Eucerin for a long time, but the product is not consistent. It may be fragrance free, but this particular bottle smells so foul I cannot use it. Is it spoiled? Did the formula change? I had this happen once before a number of years ago, and went off Eucerin for a while then. I will not be buying it again until they convince me they can consistently produce a truly scent-free product.

I have been using Eucerine exclusively for over 21 years and never had a problem with it before, but this last batch has been horrible! The lotion has a really bad odor! Very dissatisfied and to make it even worse, I bought the two 16.9 ounce pack! Totally unacceptable!

Something has changed about this product. I’ve been using it for many years but the bottle I bought in Dec. 2024 has a very unpleasant smell to it. Very disappointing. I will be looking for another brand to switch to. Several reviews online have mentioned the same issue starting a few months ago, so I don’t think it’s just a bad bottle.

I used to swear by this lotion—and this review is not to say it isn't still effective—it's fantastic for winter and deeply moisturizing. However, my last two bottles had a slightly foul odor, which I've also seen mentioned in a few more recent online reviews, as well as heard from friends in person. The scent is off-putting enough that I can’t continue using it. I'm sharing this review to alert Eucerin, as this is otherwise an excellent product, and they might not be aware of the issue.

the production location for Eucerin has changed frm Mexico to Connecticut sometime between July 31, 2024 & October 15, 2024. the product I purchased on Oct. 15 smelled like bug repellent. disappointed and am looking for a replacement.

I had high expectations because I love this brand! But this lotion is unlike most. It is tacky and does not really spread or rub in fully. I used it on my body before bed and felt gross all night. I woke up still feeling a bit tacky. I can only use it on my lips or around my eyes. And honestly, the times I’ve used it on my legs I haven’t noticed much difference.

I had an allergic reaction to this product. If you really want to try do a test in a small area. His is the 4th day after I used and now it’s finally getting less itchy. This picture is from day 4. First days was worse.

The moisture was great. I put it on at night before bed and it was greasy but the next morning my skin felt hydrated. A few days later I developed what seems like either an allergic reaction or a severe eczema flare. It has developed everywhere I put the lotion. I see there are other people who experienced the same reaction.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have severely dry skin (think snake skin or an elephants skin) and I’ve been using this for years. Yes, it’s expensive, but totally worth it. I recently ran out and let me tell you, it will NEVER happen again. My skin feels horrible without the moisture from this lotion. This lotion is very thick, but not sticky and that’s what I love about it. The Advanced Repair doesn’t work as well (for me), so I’ll stick to this for my entire life. And, there’s no smell (which is nice if have bad allergies to perfumy products).
