Suction is not great with the bags in correctly to begin with. Unfortunately, the bag is very difficult to put in so therefore the suction is really bad for most of the time. After in frequent use, it has completely shut off after less than nine months of use. I’ll never buy this model again.

A good strong vacuum machine that really works.
The motor that powers this vacuum is still as strong as ever. However the materials that are used seem to be made of cheap plastic. This has always been a good vacuum cleaner, so raise the price, and use quality materials.

The overall performance is very good. It has good suction. And I like the way that I can move it around the house easily. However, the hard handle with the bend in it, as a bad design. That bend allows debris to get caught in it. I currently have the wand that is clogged with no way of getting it unclogged. It needs a new design. Perhaps a woman can design it?

Do not purchase the Mighty Mite
Don't purchase this vacuum. After 18 months, the suction goes prior to it not working at all. Used it weekly to vacuum carpet and bare wood floors. I was advised to clean the filter behind the bag to get the suction working, but the filter was clean.

Great features - some suggestions....
We bought this some time back. Love many of features like: the power, excellent suction, lightweight, stores easily, large dustbag. I especially love the ability to sit the unit on the flat back making it easier store the chord and to replace the bag. What could be improved is 1-the flat front - it doesn't go around corners and doors like the round front used to do, 2-the plastic used on the hose is too stiff and harder to work vs. a pliable hose as our old one had. 3- Although the on the hose handle is a very nice option to reduce or increase suction, when open, it can painfully suck your skin if your hand moves down the shaft. Perhaps you could find a less problematic location. But overall, a great little vac!!

Powerful Suction, Portable Design!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Eureka Mighty Mite vaccum has made vacuuming my stairs, floors, and other surfaces a whole lot easier! It’s portable and lightweight, but does not lack powerful suction. This little vacuum was pulling out hair and dirt that my other fancy vacuum was missing. It’s got a 20 foot cord and comes with additional extension wands which make it easy to reach and clean anywhere up to 11 feet! It also comes with a floor tool, combination tool, and crevice tool to suit your cleaning needs. As a bonus, it can also act as a blower to get rid of dirt and debris. Although small, it lives up to its mighty name!

The cutest vacuum ever!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this vacuum more in the past month then I have used my old one in the past year. This vacuum is the best vacuum ever!! I was able to use the regular vacuum attachment to vacuum my whole house. Then went outside and used another attachment to vacuum out my cars. And tbh I haven't vacuumed out my car in forever so it was really bad! I like how the vacuum is really small but it works so good!! I haven't had a chance to use the blower longer but it seems to blow really hard!! I would recommend this to everyone who wants a nice mini compact vacuum!!

It just quit
My mom bought this vacuum less than a year ago and it just quit. Won't turn on. The motor felt warm so let it cool down but still doesn't work. It's not clogged, bag is empty, so just a defective product. Not recommended.
