Misleading website
The website for this product was very misleading. It stated it worked on hardwood and carpet and it suggested product to use with it. Come to find out it only works on certain flooring (not carpet) and you cannot use product with it.

Product review
It needs to add water and boil the water to steam then use. It cannot add water on the fly. Compared with other products in Australia we can add water immediately heat up and add water on the fly. Other then that spot steam is really good.

we recently bought the costway heavy duty multipurpouse steam cleaner with 18 attachments. unpacked the item and was not super impressed until i used it a couple of times. WOW! this thing works great so far. the more i use it the more i like it. time will tell, but i think it will take care of our needs if we take care of it as per instuctions. happy customer. thank you costway.

I like this steam cleaner. It comes with alot of steamer parts, and is designed to keep most all accessories on board. It works great on any solid surface and does exactly what it is supposed to do. The only draw back, it doesn't vacuum up the steamed surface dirt. You have to have a mop and bucket or use something to wipe up the dirt. So that is an advertisement in itself, as it works great, produces hot steam in a short period, roughly 5-7 minutes for a full tank. I looked for a steamer and there were many to choose from but I chose this one based on the description, design and the number of accessories it offers with the price. It is compact enough to store in a small space, but I purchased a bag for the complete machine and accessories so we could keep everything together and store it until needed.

Great for occasional use. I used this daily for 6 months and it has now broken. Also like to mention I couldn't find replacement attachment parts when they started to wear out―many brushes wore out after only one cleaning session, could have been my fault for using the wrong brush on the wrong surface, but regardless they seemed to wear out fast. Water will not come thru the hose. Where hose meets handle, plastic insulation began to pull away over time. Seemed dangerous but didn't impact function, until it did.

Massive Amounts of Steam
This steam cleaning machine makes an amazing amount of steam and does it quickly. Fill the tank and you can go for a long time without having to refill. The unit is light weight and easy to move around. It comes with all kinds of attachments to clean anything. It cleans title grout with easy. This is a cleaning tool that has a thousand uses.

Great Steam Cleaner
I purchased the Cost Way steam cleaner for my wife and she loves it. It's amazing at how it cleans the floors whether it's hardwood or linoleum. She also cleaned the windows and it did a great job. Good steam cleaner and we recommend this item. Cost is good and delivery was great as well.

Absolutely best steamer.
Best steamer I've ever bought. Worth the money. Light weight, holds more water than the others. So you don't have to fill as often.
