Hair elimination is wonderful. I haven’t tried the hard floor attachment,I just use the large one and it works fine. Works well on throw rugs. Doesn’t suck them off the floor. Works well on wall to wall but not quite as well as the upright. I only have carpet in the bedrooms so most of my house is hard surface. Easy to pull around even with my arthritis. The swivel hose sometimes twists but is easy to fix. Has a long reach for ceilings. So far it’s good.

I love everything about this model. It's powerful, easy to use, and the addition of the Pet Power Mate is fantastic. I don't have pets, but it is great for hard to reach areas, and for upholstered furniture. When my original one had a broken hose attachment, it was more economical to buy a new vacuum on Amazon than it would have been to replace the hose! Great product!

Where our other "pet-focused" vacuum just blows pet hair around in our house, this vacuum actually captures it. I love that you can adjust the suction and it's relatively light and easy to maneuver. Wish I'd taken some before photos of our rugs. They look almost brand new compared to before I used this vacuum.

I have had Kenmore canister vacuums for years. I recently moved and had two Kenmore canister vacuums but left them at that location as I wanted a new one for my new home. I am trying very hard to like this one but finding it very difficult. I like some features such as being a canister, telescoping wand, and the light on the nozzle. I don’t like the light weight of the nozzle nor the width. I find it very difficult to push around on carpet. I also don’t like the new way to lower the handle to vacuum. That is not convenient at all. The hose is different from the older ones and is awkward. I’m not a fan. I wish I had one of my old ones. Even the one with the broken telescoping handle; it’s locked in the longest position!
