I love this dropper and the size of the bottle. It's the perfect amount for my scalp to last a while. This formula has great ingredients that do a nice job of hydrating the scalp but not making it oily. I get an itchy scalp when it's dry, and this has kept it hydrated and the itching at a minimum. I received the Balance it All Hydrating Scalp Serum, gifted by Eva NYC, and it smells amazing. I think this product would be really nice for someone with a dry scalp; however, that's not me. This product made me oiler than normal. It's not for me but it is for someone!

I received complimentary from Eva NYC for my honest review their all hydrating scalp serum. Although it made my scalp feel good it made my hair look oily. It did hydrate my dry scalp and after washing had no effect on my hair.
