Very think and when putting my foot in the shoe it bundled up like an old bandaid and wasn’t salvageable. Such a waste of $8. This isn’t really foam or leather. Very cheap very thin.

Put on my shoes and wore 1x. The padding rolls up and fell off in little chunks. Basically disintegrating and messing up my new shoes. What didn’t come off is difficult to remove.

These things suck. Paper thin, and as soon as I put my shoe on the whole thing tore off the back and got caught on my sock. Of course, because of this all of the adhesive wore out from making contact with my sock. Also ripped when I tried to take my shoe off. Didn’t even help my shoe fit better either… DONT bUY! Sooo expensive too and for what

Expected a thicker pad for the price.

Please do not buy this product. I never write reviews on target because I doubt anyone reads them, but I feel compelled to for this product. I had purchased a pair of shoes for an event, I bought these since they had a bit of heel slip. The only positive thing about these is that the "cloud foam" is very comfortable, but my shoes went from having a slight slip to being absolutely unwearable. These inserts are so smooth that they made my feet fully slip out of my shoes with every step. Thank goodness I had a backup pair of shoes along because I only found out these no longer worked about five minutes before leaving for the event. Afterwards, in an attempt to salvage the shoes, I tried to take off these inserts. Now, another positive and negative about this product is that the adhesive is great! So much so that I spent about half an hour trying to remove it. It would only come off in pieces and some parts would not remove entirely. In a desperate attempt, I tried to use a razor blade to pry up the most stubborn parts. You can imagine how this went - accidentally cut into my shoe with the razor blade. And after all that, I still cannot fully remove the rest of the foam. My only hope is to super glue the cut parts and buy a different insert (from a different brand!!) and hope these new and now-unreturnable shoes are not ruined forever. Don't buy this product unless you want the backs of your heels to slip more and are prepared to use this product forever. The story sounds melodramatic and hyperbolic, absolutely swear it's true.

Follow instructions so it will hold good. Make sure to press firm on the back of the shoe. This is a great product! It prevents my feet from getting blisters on the back of my feet, from walking all day in slip on shoes. It was an easy fit for the shoe and has a nice comfortable cushion. I need more for the shoes that are too big on my feet cause it will help with that also as long as they aren’t way to big. Great product, great quality.

Make my shoes bearable!

This back of heel foam cushion is actually comfortable. It it thin and soft. The back is has adhesive which is decently strong. I have been using this for several weeks on my church shoes and so far so good. Not sure how long it will last but 2 does come in the package!

These somewhat work when you first put them in, they cushion your heel and can help with breaking in a boot. However, they quickly lose the cushioning they have and honestly just tug your socks off and make your shoes more uncomfortable in my opinion. Also: be cautious of the material you stick this too! The inside of my boots are leather/soft canvas and these did NOT remove nicely at all. It fell apart into pieces and coated my shoe in glue making removal an absolute nightmare. So for the reviews that say they last one wear, material may alter how they stick! But they’re STRONG when you don’t want them to be.

These work as they should, prevents blisters, makes new shoes more comfortable. Nothing exciting to report, other than it does the job. I will be interested to see how long it stays attached to the shoes.

I had high hopes for these to help my doc martins fit a little better. Unfortunately, part of the adhesive stuck to my foot and came off. Also I found them to be super thin and not make much of a difference helping my shoes to fit better. They might work better in dressy sandals or ballet flats. I would pass on these.

I used these heel cushions to help with a pair of shoes that are slightly too big (they slip at the deal) and the backs irritate and rub my heel. These definitely make the shoes fit better and slip less. They are pretty thin though so these won't probably help much for shoes that are looser. I have heel cushions that I got in the past that are much thicker and have more cushion than these ones. They have a bit of 'texture". Doesn't seem to change the feel at all to me. They are pretty sticky so once you stick them it's difficult to remove if you stick them on incorrectly. After wearing these for one day at work (8hrs), I did notice that they started peeling off a bit so not sure how long they will last

The back heel shoe cushion is perfect for when your shoes slip off. These are super soft and stay in place. So far they have worked and the glue has not come off. The cushion is comfortable and you don’t feel like you have it on.

These are very thin but grip well. I wouldn't advise using them to get a better fit in shoes that are a little too big, but they do great covering spots that may irritate the back of your heel. They are perfect in my shoes that are slick in the back and need just a tiny but of grip but not something thick.

These foot petals are fairly thin they don't have much cushion if that's what you're looking for. They stick on the shoe really good. This is supposed to prevent the shoe from slipping but can provide a sort of barrier from the back of the heel from rubbing on the inner part of the shoe.

I’m not really a fan of these heel pads. In a snugger pair of shoes, it was hard to get the shoe on without the pad rolling down. They were also challenging to attach to the back of the shoe. Having the backing split vertically would have made more sense so you could attach one side before removing the rest of the backing. Cushion was pretty minimal.

Would rate 0 stars if I could. Absolute waste of money, they stuck to my socks and got completely ruined. Didn’t even last an hour.

Got for boots. Hard to position and they stuck to my socks instead of the boots.

Purchased these today for a pair of ankle boots. Tried to peel off and reposition because when I stuck my foot in the boot, the sticker completely got kicked out of position. Adhesive wasn't sticky enough after pulling off and every time I tried to stick my foot in to avoid the heel insert, it was to no avail and every time the heel insert would come right off where i'd then be stepping on it. Couldn't even use them. Total waste of money.

Unfortunately the other reviews are correct. They stuck to my sticks instead of my shoes and ripped when I tried to remove them. This picture is after wearing them for 2 hours. Waste of money.
