how to measure

finding your shoe size takes just 3 steps.

  1. Stand with one bare foot on a piece of paper.
  2. Mark the paper at the back of your heel bone & at the end of your longest toe.
  3. Measure the distance between these two points in a straight line, & repeat the same steps for the other foot.

If one foot is longer, use the larger measurement to find your shoe size by referencing the size chart above. If your measurement is in between sizes & the shoes don’t come in half sizes, please round up to the next size.

Will use again

I love these things. I like how they are reusable.And all I have to do is wash them off and put them in another set of shoes. I first tried them in a pair of shoes where pinky toe was rubbing against shoe.Once I placed them, I had no problem, they were very comfortable.

Comfortable and effective

The spot dot gel cushions is a great way to bring comfort, especially if you’re wearing high heels or shoes that hurt your feet. It’s perfect for long days of standing or walking. Another great feature is that it’s reusable, just wash it and it’s good as new.

Helpful if you have a need to cushion certain spots

These little pads we're very soft and I could conceivably understand how they would be helpful if a person had a wart or a corn or something like that but just using them on standard pressure spots in my shoe did not seem to really help my issue. It tended to feel a little bit annoying as if there was something stuck in my shoe that shouldn't be there

Gel cushion for problem shoewear

This is a helpful and must/have product for ladies who need to wear high heals or other too tight dressy shoes that cramp the toes. This is a nice gel-like insert that cushions a problem area. It can be reused by a simple wash with soap and water.

Ok

They are ok. I had trouble getting them to stick to some shoes, but they were ok on other pairs. They do keep some of their stickiness after being washed, but they are not super sticky like the first use. I worry that they will move around after a second use.

Perfect size to target problem areas

I wear tennis shoes often and I prefer no socks or no show socks. Because of this, the heels are usually my problem area in shoes and I like that these gel spots are small to target just the problem area without having to add a bulky insert. The adhesive is very sticky and it stuck with no issues in my shoes. It comes with 6 dots and they are reusable from shoe to shoe. Washing with soap and water will restore the adhesive. Overall I like them and they work amazing at giving me comfort in my favorite shoes. Great quality! Thank you!

These are perfect for sore feet or shoes that may hurt your feet. I'm on my feet 8.5 hours a day at work and I'm able to peel these inside my sneakers or on my sandals. They are soft and comfortable.

Perfect for sore feet these go on shoes and are reusable and can be used on all kinds of shoes which is great I like how there's multiple in the pack because I have a lot of shoes and can put them on them

These dots won't stick

These worked great on the back of my heel-rubbing flats... for about two seconds. Then they fell off and got lost. I'm going to have to superglue them on or something. The inside of my flats are suede, but it sounds like they don't stick to anything, judging by the other reviews.

Highly recommend

Amazing! I work in a warehouse where I stand up to 12hrs in steel toe shoes, my pinky toe and big toe would rub constantly and cause blisters/callus. After using these I no longer feel uncomfortable in these areas. They’ve stayed in place so far I recommend wiping down the area well so they stick. Mines have not peeled off or moved and I’ve worn them about a week or so.

Item does not stick

The gel is soft and good texture. These gel cushions would be great only if they work as supposed and stay in place. When the gel cushions placed on where they were needed, they did make a difference and made the shoes feel more comfortable. Unfortunately, these gel cushions do not stay in place at all. One of the gel cushion fell right off after I stick it to my shoes. Other ones fell off once I took the shoes off after giving it a try. It was a waste of my money.

Placed these on the back of my heels to relieve rubbing and blisters on the back of my ankle. I expected the cushions to stay on for multiple uses, but in my experience, it really only lasted for one all-day wear. There's a little bit of stick left in the cushion, so on the second and third wears, I had to stick the cushion on and immediately secure the shoes on my feet to keep the cushion in place. I would recommend these with the disclaimer that they will not last through multiple uses.
