finding your shoe size takes just 3 steps.

  1. Stand with one bare foot on a piece of paper.
  2. Mark the paper at the back of your heel bone & at the end of your longest toe.
  3. Measure the distance between these two points in a straight line, & repeat the same steps for the other foot.

Q: Do the cushions have an adhesive side so they stay in place?

  • A: Thank you for your question. Yes, the underside of the cushion is adhesive. Once you remove the adhesive backing, the cushion can be placed in your shoe and firmly pressed down to prevent movement. These are also removeable and can be moved from shoe to shoe. When you take the cushions out of the shoe, simply wash it with warm water and soap to restore the adhesiveness.

Q: What women's shoe size are these for? Target offers 8 ball of foot inserts for women, and zero for men. Would be grateful if Target would add men's ball of foot inserts.

Nice Cushion but Didn't Stick!

These are fine for heels that are high enough that gravity will do it's thing to keep them in place. However, if you are wearing more flat shoes with a looser fit these will for sure slide around. The gel cushion was nice at least.

Excellent for walking!

I was so happy these two-in-one gel cushions showed up when they did.. I took them with me on vacation because I knew I was going to be doing a lot of walking.. These cushions are not at all heavy or bulky, and they’re clear so no one can see them.. It’s super easy to remove them and place them in different shoes.. I absolutely love these gel cushions, they made my vacation so much more enjoyable!

Gel 2-in-1 Ball of Foot/Arch Support Shoe Cushions Clear blends seamlessly with my shoes. The gel material is comfortable. I can feel the difference on long walks or when I stand for an extended period of time. If you spend a lot of time on your feet, I would recommend get a pair of these shoe cushions.

Great support

I love this for my heels. I try them on various types of shoes and they worked. The make feel them more confortable and help me feel more relaxed. The totally make a difference wearing shoes/sandals or other types of high heels.

Not comfortable

I tried these gel inserts in my work boots. I spend a fair amount of time (between 5-8 hours) on my feet at work. These felt like a hard ball was inside my boot. They were very uncomfortable. I took them out within an hour.

They are extremely soft and fit my heels and slides perfectly!!

I love these gel cushions they absolutely fit perfectly in my thin heels. They provide comfort and keep my toes from slipping too forward. They are invisible when I'm wearing them. I love that I can move from shoe to shoe . They are definitely super soft and comfortable.

Disappointing

I was really excited about receiving this product although it was not what I expected. They are clear arch support inserts. They have a sticky side to prevent them from sliding in your shoes. Unfortunately, these were very uncomfortable and the material was too firm and made my feet hurt. I do not recommend this product.

Unique and comfortable!

These inserts are a unique idea that works well for multiple types of shoes. I like that it has an adhesive that can be reapplied multiple times. I have high arches and always need support. Unfortunately most shoes don’t have enough. These insoles make it easy to be comfortable and all of my shoes. Great idea!

Supportive and relieving

Very comfortable

I have a high arch and these fit perfect to the natural shape of my feet. I mostly wear tennis shoes and it doesn’t feel like it takes up any space in my shoe. It took a minute to get used to having the support but I love them and can feel a difference in how my feet feel after wearing shoes with them in it. I don’t have any issues with them sliding around. Adhesive sticks well but at the same time easy to reposition if needed. They are durable and extremely comfortable. Very happy with these. Thank you!

Really high arch

These are really great for high arches. I have high arches and the arch support in most insoles is not nearly high enough. The fact that it doesn't take up space in the heel or ball of foot is great, because it doesn't make the ball of foot cramped and it doesn't lift your heel up, causing your heel to fall out of the shoe. I put these in heels that were too wide, to keep my feet from sliding forward, and they worked great. I would stay away if you don't have high arches though, as the high arch support could be uncomfortable.

Amazing for High Arches!

I have high arches, and wearing heels is usually painful because all my weight is on the balls of my feet. I put these in my dress sandals, and now my weight is distributed to my heels. I'm so happy!

Poor coverage

Arch is way too high for comfort, and ball of foot isn’t cushioned. If you are looking for just an arch support, these may work, but, forget the upper part of your foot. I feel these are misrepresented. Don’t bother.

Improved arch support for 3-inch heeled boots

These made my stiff 3-inch booties way more comfortable!! They were a bit tricky to insert in a heeled boot, but the payoff has been worth it. My foot does not slide and my high arch feels better supported. Although I didn't get the placement quite right the first time, I was easily able to pull them out and readjust. I would recommend you use some double-sided tape to attach it to your foot or a sock you're wearing, then place your foot into the shoe/boot to get it to the right placement.
