how to measure

finding your shoe size takes just 3 steps.

  1. Stand with one bare foot on a piece of paper.
  2. Mark the paper at the back of your heel bone & at the end of your longest toe.
  3. Measure the distance between these two points in a straight line, & repeat the same steps for the other foot.

If one foot is longer, use the larger measurement to find your shoe size by referencing the size chart above. If your measurement is in between sizes & the shoes don’t come in half sizes, please round up to the next size.

highly recommend

I bought these two years ago to wear in my favorite boots because the inserts in my boots are awful. I just now need to replace them after two years. I'm a teacher and constantly on my feet and these have been wonderful to have in the classroom. Also, I have walked around New York City with these inserts in my boots and never once have I had issues with my feet hurting. Would provide a photo, but again mine are two years old.

Not for me

These aren't for me. I haven't been officially diagnosed with plantar fasciitis, but I'm pretty sure I have it. I wear a women's size 11 shoe and these technically fit my feet, but they weren't comfortable. I think these insoles may offer a nice cushion, but it felt like there wasn't enough room in my shoe for this and my foot.

Help for Heels

Plantar fasciitis is the worst! But FabFeet insoles were helpful in a pretty painful situation. The instep is a little high and after a long period of walking it is noticeable but overall they are decent.

Shoe inserts

These were not the best in comfort. They seem a bit short and slid in my shoe. Seemed like they would so the trick as the quality looked pretty good but I did not end up loving them. I have had better luck with other inserts.

Some relief

These inserts fit into my shoes with no issues. They provided the extra support needed for walking and workouts, don't have the fatigue as bad. They are comfortable and seem to be good quality so far.

Comfy

I liked that these are breathable and do not make my feet sweat. They fit easily into my everyday sneakers for a little extra support. They feel comfortable even though they do not quite reach all the way to my toes in my size 9 sneakers.

Great fit

These inserts are very comfortable. They are also very easy to use. They stay in place as I have no issues with them moving around. They seem that they will last for awhile and not wear out quickly.

Comfortable

These insoles fit nicely into a couple pairs of my sneakers and provide a bit of extra cushioning, particularly at the heel. I wear size 11s and was a bit skeptical about the wide size range (supposedly 6-11) but they seem to fit properly. It will take some more time to figure out how much of an impact these have on my foot pain but so far I have no complaints.

Plantar Fascia relief for workouts

Plantar Fascia is something that i deal with all the time and this provides support right where I normally have pain. I think these will help provide a lot of support during my workouts and prevent the pain.

Easy to insert and supportive

As I've gotten older, my feet have become more fatigued and sensitive to standard shoe inserts. I am extremely active so I was hoping to find an alternative insert to use in my athletic shoes. There particular insoles are not only supportive but also surprisingly comfortable after an initial break-in period. It was extremely easy to insert and position them in my shoes with minimal movement during activity.

Nice insoles

These are nice insoles. They have plenty of cushioning and the arch support is nice and high. They are only 3/4 length, so they don’t go clear down to your toes. They are very nice and supportive and have really helped my shoes.

Makes my feet sweaty

They are very comfy, I’m a woman’s size 6, the reason I gave it only 3 stars is bc it makes my feet sweat and my feet never sweated before. Definitely not a fan of them.

work pretty well

These are great for those with smaller feet and in need of just a little more heel support. The design is a little iffy, it does slide just a little away from the back of my shoes but they are still comfy. These also end right underneath the balls of my feet (I'm a size 5.5-6). I definitely like how these are more of a spongy cloth material rather than gel. Currently march tenor drums in band and my feet don't ache at all after footballs games, halftime shows, and parades.

Uncomfortable

I wanted a little more cushion for some of my new casual sneakers that don’t offer a lot of support and hurt my feet. I bought these hoping it would help. I wore them around shopping for 20-30 minutes before having to take them out. They hurt my feet even worse than not having them. I have higher arches and like more support but even these felt like they were too much. Not sure if the arch was too high with no further support near the toes but it made my foot feel bent in a weird way and really pulled on the arch and also made my heel hurt very badly. Definitely need to return these.

Not quite right

These do not fit in low profile shoes. they also do not cover the length of the shoe, and then there is no cushioning at the toe. Also, there is nothing then to prevent these sliding forward when you put your foot into the shoe. I'm returning these.

They take up a good amount of room in your sneakers (I size up in shoes already anyway) and the way they held my foot in my shoe gave me a bunch of splinters on my toes which were super painful. Had to remove them halfway into my shift and i haven’t worn them since.

Avoid id you have bigger feet!

I bought these when I bought some new shoes, but after wearing the new shoes with any inserts, decided to get some to make the shoes fit snuggly. These were NOT it. If you have bigger feet, these tend to ‘slide’ around in your shoe. Leaving a gap between the underside of the heel and the middle of your foot. It was too uncomfortable, had to remove them about an hour into my shift at work and finish without them. Haven’t tried them since but definitely did not enjoy them.

Good for working long hours

I work 12+hr shifts. These stay in place the whole time. Good for if you heel strike (like me). Gave 4 stars and not 5 because the ball-of-the-foot support is not enough. Just get some small pads if you have the same issue as me. Otherwise worth the money.
