how to measure

finding your shoe size takes just 3 steps.

  1. Stand with one bare foot on a piece of paper.
  2. Mark the paper at the back of your heel bone & at the end of your longest toe.
  3. Measure the distance between these two points in a straight line, & repeat the same steps for the other foot.

If one foot is longer, use the larger measurement to find your shoe size by referencing the size chart above. If your measurement is in between sizes & the shoes don’t come in half sizes, please round up to the next size.

Remember, this chart can only approximate your true shoe size. Finding a shoe that fits also depends on brand, style and individual. To find the best fit, we recommend visiting a Target store to try on different shoe sizes & styles.

Ultimate Discomfort

I bought these over a year ago but I'm finally trying them out. They felt very plush in the store and are tall in the heel so I thought they'd be good for walking/running shoes. The placement of the arch support feels off and like others have said, it's not comfy. Instead of feeling more cushioned than without the extra insole, it actually feels like less cushioning! I'm donating them because I hate to throw things in landfills, esp. when it's not even used. I hope they work for someone else, but it's a 'hard pass' for me - pun intended!

They are comfortable

So far they have been very comfortable and feel very supportive. They are easy to trim down to your shoe size just make sure to nut cut off too much. They have great arch support and don’t feel to hard on them. I would recommend these.

Nice but more difficult to use than expected

I was a bit disappointed that this was more of a cut to fit for the shoes I had. It did not fit as I expected. They are very comfortable and once I was able to get them into my shoes they worked really well. I like that the color makes it unnoticeable inside shoes.

Very comfy

These are very comfy inserts. I feel my size 10 feet are at the higher end of the spectrum and they are slightly thinner than I would like. Honestly if they had a bigger size I think it would fit me better. So good product, just a little small for my big feet.

Comfy and practical

The insoles are soft and supportive. I like the flexibility to cut them to fit your shoes. I was initially going to try them in some boots that needed extra support but they were too wide to just insert in without removing the cushion my boots came with. That said, they work great in some less comfortable sneakers!

A little too deep

I really like these insoles, they are squishy soft and supportive. I really like on the back it shows where to cut for foot size. The only downfall is that they don’t fit every shoe. For instance in my Hey Dudes it makes them not deep enough for my foot because the insole is a bit too thick for those shoes.

Amazing!

These insoles are absolutely amazing. I wear a women’s size 9 shoe and they fit perfectly in my shoes with no cutting or modifying. They have made all of my shoes SO much more comfortable. My job requires me to be on my feet 8 hours a day and they’ve added so much comfort to my work days.

Comfortable

I absolutely love my Fab Feet Comfort Insoles! They've made a world of difference in how my feet feel after a long day. The arch support is fantastic and really helps with my plantar fasciitis. Plus, they're so comfortable and fit perfectly into all of my shoes. Highly recommend for anyone looking to add some extra comfort to their footwear

Uncomfortable arch support

I change out the factory insoles in most of my shoes, so I’ve tried a lot of brands. I wanted to love these, memory foam insoles are usually very comfortable. Something is off with the arch support design. It’s like you are standing on a hard ball in the middle of the insole. I tried these in multiple shoes and the arch was the problem for me. The overall memory foam and heal support are great, but the arch support doesn’t work for my feet.

Works well with most shoes

Love the softness and the small arch and they work well in my lighter slip ons as they are lightweight and also love that they are black in color. Easy to use and take in and out. Would purchase more from this maker.

Comfy insoles

These insoles do add a bit of padding to your shoes. I would recommend taking out the insole already in the shoe, so they fit further down into the shoe. I laid them on top of my insoles since I wasn't sure how these would work in my shoes. They felt great while on my feet all day. I am a medical professional, so I am always on my feet. My feet did start to hurt towards the end of the day (more sole the arch of my foot), but, they're new insoles and were needing broken in. Overall I thought they were great and really helped improve the sole of my shoe without having to buy a brand new pair of shoes.

Insoles

I liked the support, it was a good replacement for the original ones in my shoes. HOWEVER the sizing is all wrong. I wear a size 10 shoe and the insoles were a good half inch too short.

Easy to use & comfy

These are very soft but supportive under the arch. You can cut them to fit your shoes exactly how they need to fit. I replaced my inserts of most of my shoes and my feet have felt a lot better. I also purchased the “flat shoes” insoles. Those are great too.

Painful

The arch support is not under my arch, but rather in the middle of my foot. So instead of making my shoes more comfortable, these things make my feet hurt more than when I just had flat factory insoles. Do not buy these.

Love these insoles

Great insert for shoes or slippers. I have an expensive pair of slippers and the insoles keep wearing out, so I just place these inserts into them and I’m good to go for at least 6 months...cheaper than buying new slippers!

SOLUTION!!!

I developed plantar faciacitis (sp?) last winter and found these insoles to be a solution for using my existing shoes...the arch support hits just the right place!!! It's a much better fit than elastic fabric supports and really does the job. Much more reasonable price than custom made orthotics.
