how to measure

finding your shoe size takes just 3 steps.

  1. Stand with one bare foot on a piece of paper.
  2. Mark the paper at the back of your heel bone & at the end of your longest toe.
  3. Measure the distance between these two points in a straight line, & repeat the same steps for the other foot.

If one foot is longer, use the larger measurement to find your shoe size by referencing the size chart above. If your measurement is in between sizes & the shoes don’t come in half sizes, please round up to the next size.

Remember, this chart can only approximate your true shoe size. Finding a shoe that fits also depends on brand, style and individual. To find the best fit, we recommend visiting a Target store to try on different shoe sizes & styles.

    The very best in shoe help comfort

    I am elderly with foot issues and these make all the difference in comfort and foot health. I am now on my second set and will likely purchase more so I can put them in all of my shoes. They also give older shoes that have lost cushion a very good second life. Tried other brands and these are by far the best. Easy to cut to size and place into shoes. One would never know they weren’t part of the original shoe as they stay in place without any issue.

    Comfortable!

    I always wondered if these things actually worked and surprisingly they do. The directions were pretty simple to follow. You take the sole out of your shoe and then use it to basically cut the insoles into the exact shape that you need for your shoes. It didn’t feel like anything extra was in my shoe. It just made my actual shoes feel more comfortable.

    Great shoe soles.

    These soles were easy to cut and size and fit perfectly in my boots. They added just the right amount of cushion to my boots that I love wearing during the fall months.The sole was firm and doesn’t feel cheap or could be worn down quickly. I would buy more for other shoes in the future.

    New insoles

    So my sneakers were getting pretty uncomfortable after a year of light wear so I thought I’d see if I could stretch the life a bit by swapping the insoles and these did the trick! They are really nice looking, and supportive without being to bulky to slide into my shoe. They are great! These were received via Hey Bullseye I. Exchange for my review.

    Wonderful Insoles!

    These are the most advanced insoles I’ve ever had! They are super supportive and so comfortable. You can easily cut them to fit and the guides are right on the insole to make it even easier. I highly recommend them!

    Surprisingly comfortable.

    When I received these I was surprised how little cushion they felt like they had. Nonetheless I trimmed them and put them in my On Clouds. Easy to trim! And actually comfortable! Not an obnoxious amount of arch. They did my make my shoes a little tighter because I just placed them right into the shoe, rather than remove the manufacturer sole.

    Comfortable After 6-8 Hours

    Good for daily walkers as it provides a small amount of arch support for those who have a little bit of an arch. I put it in my boots as winter is approaching and it feels comfortable even after 6-8 hours of wear. Definitely worth a try.

    So comfortable and cushioned

    The Fab Feet Women’s by Foot Petals Insoles Cushions-Gray are arch support insoles. They are made with materials to help restore our environment. They have a breathable top layer, semi rigid arch and heel support and a soft memory foam custom comfort layer. They need to be trimmed to fit the shoes it’s super easy. Remove existing insoles from shoe. Use original insole as a guide and trim Arch Support to desired fit. Replace original insole with Arch Support Insoles. The Bloom memory foam conforms to foot. The perforated layer is excellent for increased airflow. The Bloom semi rigid arch support relieves pressure, soft spot heel strike absorbs impact. The deep heel cup increases stability. They can be put in most any shoe that needs more support.

    Surprising comfort and added support

    These look a little thinner than expected but they fit wonderfully in my shoes once I trimmed them down. And I had no idea that my shoes gave such little arch support. These make my feet less achy and surprisingly my legs actually feel a little better when walking which might just be my imagination but maybe I was walking funny due to my shoes not giving me the support I needed. It’s also counter intuitive that even though they are firm my shoes are more comfortable. I expected that since they weren’t “cushy” they would be uncomfortable but that is not the case. I need them for my other shoes now!

    Comfortable, but thin

    These Fab Feet by Foot Petals are comfortable and eco-friendly, yet provide less cushion than I’d hoped. The memory foam layer is quite thin, so the added support is limited. The arch support feels good, and the insoles were easy to trim to fit. The sizing guide is printed on the insole, making it fairly simply to trim to size. The advertised size is Women’s 6-11 and that seems accurate.

    You need these

    These have made exercise and walking very comfortable for me. They are also very gentle on my feet and now my shoes do not smell bad I really love how well they fit my shoes and help me walk without pain.

    Great support! Highly Recommend

    Great support! The soles come with a built in measurment support in the back which is precise. I cut them to fit my shoes and they slid right in. The arch support really helped and I felt the difference the first time I wore them. I highly recommend for anyone who needs the support.

    Good insoles

    The FabFeet arch aupport insoles ate good. I stand alot for work so i wish they were a little thicker but they did help. The moisture wicking is amazing and they are definitely breathable. The odor control feature is a plus. These insoles were good.

    Sturdy and well made!

    I'm super happy with these they are fairly rigid and provide great support but at the same time they have plenty of cushion. The heel cups are nice and deep and have an extra heel cushion. They fit in my shoes well and they are super easy to trim and the printed trim lines make it very convenient to trim to the correct size.

    Added support!

    I use these insoles for my walking shoes. Comfortable like walking on air. Also, great for my flat feet and adds that support to my back too! I wear a size 11 so it was no need to trim the size. Just place and go.

    Game changer

    These were super easy to get to the right size. The little lines by the toe area made it a breeze to cut to the correct size. After doing that, inserting them into my shoes was easy. I'm a big flat tennis shoe wearer and this made a huge difference in comfort. It was like wearing a new shoe. I didn't have any issues with fit either.

    Customizable fit

    My feet are a standard 7.5 and these were able to be cut to fit perfectly! I have normal width feet and I know narrow feet could trim to fit easily, but I am not sure about wider feet. The arch hits in just the right spot and gives good support without being painful. The air holes on the bottom are supposed to help with air flow which may help in breathable shoes whereas I've got them in leather work boots.

    Met expectations

    These have made my everyday work shoes more comfortable. They were easy to cut to my shoe size and were easy to install. I have sweaty feet and these seemed to keep them drier and reduce odors. I will purchase for other shoes.

    Comfortable!

    Fab Feet insoles cushions are very comfortable. They were easy to insert into my shoe and fit perfectly. The arch support is very good, not too high and yet I can feel it working. Highly recommend!

    Nice cushion but need a bigger size shoe

    The insoles come with a guide on the back to trim to your shoe size. You can also go with an insole from your shoe. They are cushiony but I would have to go up at least a half shoe size for them to be comfortable. I tried them on a pair of sneakers and a pair of boots but make it too tight to be comfortable.
