Face Makeup Remover - 5.5fl oz - up&up™

I have to use eye drops frequently since having lasik 3 months ago and started wearing waterproof mascara. This is so gentle on my eyelashes and gets all the mascara off without scrubbing. Definitely recommend.

Works well. Similar to Neutrogena.

Although the product works, it is a super mess and you end up wasting so much because the bottle opening is what the product comes out of. There is no smaller hole - just the big ol’ bottle opening! Boo!

Formula changed and this barely gets anything off. It’s a very watered down version of what it once was.

I’ve used this for over 10 years and it worked SO good but they’ve changed the formula and now it hardly removes my mascara. Please bring back old formula.

The only good thing about it is it’s able to remove my waterproof mascara. After using it to remove my makeup I HAVE to be very thorough in rinsing my eyes or they will be very irritated and my vision will be very blurry. Also, it always makes me break out. I’ll go periods of not using it and only typically it when I run out of micellar water. When I do, after a couple days of using it, I get small but very stubborn ache that will not go away.

After using the product, my eyes felt so gritty . I had eye irritation soon after and I felt like I had debris in my eyes . Bought it for the price, but I think I will just stick to my expensive brand.

I bought this make up remover for years but recently the formula has changed. New formula is rubbish, does not take of make up.

It works really good but it definitely does leave an oily residue that I have to wipe with tissue paper after so I’m sure when I was my face it all comes off

The old Up & Up eye makeup remover formula (in the clear bottle with purple print) was great! I’ve been using the generic target brand remover formula 20+ years, and it was truly equivalent to the name brand located on the same shelf, but was a much cheaper alternative. As with many other Up & Up products, this has now been reformulated (clear bottle with aqua/light blue label) and the ingredients have changed. The new version causes SEVERE irritation! My eyelids have been swollen shut for months, and after changing out ALL of my eye makeup, I finally realized that it’s due to this eye makeup remover! The new formulation is NOT safe to use on your eyes! Not only is it ineffective in actually removing eye makeup (like, this stuff has one job, smh…) it also causes a severe allergy reaction that lasts for days. I’m returning the newest bottle I bought, and I’m afraid that this is yet another Up & Up brand product that I have to banish from my shopping list, because they all continue to get worse and I’m no longer taking any chances with my health over saving a few dollars.

Removed my makeup but it would sting my eyes and leave an oily residue.

I used this product for years and never had a problem. The new formula change has caused my eyes to get puffy and red, and the skin burns and starts to itch and flake off. It took me a while to figure out what was causing this reaction, but I will be throwing this away immediately.

Quality product! Removes makeup just as well as name brands.

This eye make up remover is a fabulous product that easily removes your eye make up, is not greasy and doesn't irrate. I wear contacts and it doesn't leave a film on them like some other removers do. Pluse it's a great price! Don't miss out on this one!!!

The best eye-makeup remover on the market. It’s effective but gentle. I have sensitive eyes and it never bothers them. It’s the only thing I’ll use.
