I drink a LOT of coffee, lattes to be specific. If you’re a latte lover like me, I don’t skimp on my milk, and I like to use human amounts of sweetener (caramel, syrups, etc). When you add the calories/macros they’re just not worth it when you’re on a diet. Switching to this milk made a huge difference! Less carbs, less sugar, less calories, AND MORE PROTEIN!?!? All that was left now was taste— and oh my god. It. Is. Actually. Good!?!? They have different versions, like whole, skim, and 2%, which all have better macros than their counterparts. Before I made the switch, I drank 2% regular milk, but I honestly didn’t mind the taste of the fat free milk, but that’s is my preference. My family enjoys their 2% milk, which also better macros than regular milk. Coffee game changer!

I’ve wondered if I have an issue with lactose, and my stomach noticeable felt better with this milk than regular milk. Other nutritional pluses is that it is less sugar and more protein than regular milk. I also love that it is ultra filtered so I can feel safe giving it to my toddler. I will definitely be purchasing this milk from here on out!
