Tangle Tamer Shampoo for kids calms, eliminates frizz and moisturizes with Panthenol and Vitamin E + enriched with Keratin and Vitamin B. Meanwhile, aloe adds a healthy dose of shine, and is finished off with a luxurious pineapple fragrance. These ingredients strengthen, smooth and detangle all hair types, and is great for the whole family! Wet hair thoroughly. Apply a small amount of Tangle Tamer Detangling Shampoo, massage gently to create a rich lather. Rinse. Follow with Tangle Tamer Detangling Conditioner.

A: Our products are not tear free and are recommended for children 3 years and up. For a formula to be “tear-free” a chemical that numbs the eye is added. At Fairy Tales Hair Care our commitment to clean, gentle ingredients is important to us and our customers. Therefore, we choose not to use this chemical. We have always found a damp wash cloth over the eyes during rinsing to be super helpful in avoiding the getting product in the eye.

This stuff is incredible! I have been a long-time user of the detangler for my daughter and finally decided to try the shampoo. I was not disappointed. My daughter has long, thick, and fine hair and this does the job of helping it to not get nearly as tangled when she wakes up in the morning. It also does not weigh her hair down at all. The yummy smell is a huge bonus! Will definitely be buying again

It smells great, but no matter how much I rinse, it leaves a thick, waxy feeling in my daughter's hair. And leaves her hair looking almost greasy. We have only used it twice. Won't try again. We have used the detangling spray for years and love it. Sadly not the shampoo.

This shampoo works wonders for tangled hair. It gets the hair slippery enough to brush everything out without hurting the little ones head. Not to mention, it smells like heaven. However, it is SO hard to rinse out of hair, and keeps making bubbles in her hair. It doesn’t leave it greasy after washing and drying, but I don’t like that I can’t wash all of it out.

The HOLY GRAIL of shampoo for littles with fine hair. My daughter has very very curly but very thin hair and brushing usually takes us about 30-45 minutes. We used this for the first time and the brush went through with ease. I’m sold and will recommend to everyone!

Very good product to keep fine long hair from tangling. My daughter does not like anyone touching her hair let alone brushing it so knots are no stranger to her hair. We have used this twice and each time it has left her hair soft and smooth. It smells like bubble gum which helped in the processes of getting her to try it. I noticed the scent done not stick around for long compared to the baby Dove Head to Toe wash she used before but if it keeps the knots out of her hair we will stick with this.

Love this shampoo, smells great, hair is very soft and definitely helps with tangles. My daughter has very fine hair but a lot of hair and it gets tangled easily. I always use this shampoo in combination with the conditioner, same brand.

Works great as a detangler, however, it is NOT a lice prevention shampoo. Don't be fooled by the Fairy Tales name on the label. Save your $$ and try a cheaper detangling shampoo.

I actually purchased the shampoo and conditioner at a different retail store for my 10 year old girl. Her hair always becomes a rats nest, so I had to try something! The first time we used these her hair was much more manageable. The 4 star rating is mainly due to price. Overall if your child has "ratty" hair I would recommend.
