This item came with the mirrors scratched in multiple places. THE VENDOR DOES NOT PUT PROTECTORS ON THE MIRRORS. When I reached out to Target, they refused to help without us having to repackage the whole 80 pound item and take it to a shipping facility. The Target representative, stated that this was because it is a “Target Plus” item from a different vendor. Target requested pictures that we acquired and she did not address this. She only offered to reach out to the vendor about sending a new part, and if they said no, the whole thing would have to be re-packaged and taken to a facility. At that point I decided to reach out to the vendor myself, as Target offered no further assistance on the matter. PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS OF PURCHASING TARGET PLUS ITEMS.
