Description
This versatile Farberware Classic Series Stainless Steel 1-Quart Covered Straining Saucepan with Pour Spouts is super-resourceful and easy to handle, and eliminates the hassle of dirtying a separate strainer or colander. Farberware has been trusted for over 100 years, and this straining saucepan continues that tradition for a new generation. A full cap base featuring a thick aluminum core surrounded by stainless steel provides rapid, even heating, whether boiling carrots or whisking milk gravy. Heavy-duty stainless steel is polished to a mirror finish for a classic touch. For covered cooking, rotate the self-basting lid to close the holes so heat and moisture stay inside the pan. To strain, simply align the lid's holes with the pan's pour spouts. The comfortable handle with iconic styling provides a confident grasp, making it easy to pour hot beef stock into a bowl or strain water from boiled potatoes. This straining saucepan is dishwasher safe and oven safe to 350 degrees F, and it makes an excellent companion piece to any Farberware collections cookware set. Find modern convenience and timeless style in this Farberware Classic Series Stainless Steel 1-Quart Covered Straining Saucepan with Pour Spouts.

I’ve had Farberware classic pots and pans for almost 50 years. Have had to replace pieces only when handles cracked at the screw-on attachment location and rendered the pot / pan unusable.

Great stainless steel saucepan!! It’s not easy to find quality cookware like this! Everything is nonstick which cannot be used if one has a pet bird in the house!! I’m happy that Farberware has this Classic Series available!

All of my pots and pans are from Farberware and I’ve had most of them for well over 20 years. I bought this to replace a pot that was not Farberware. The handle on the hold one kept coming loose and I had to screw it back in. I NEVER had a problem like that with Farberware. They also clean beautifully.
Best pans ever!

I love this 3 quart pan. Only because my husband boiled my original one dry did it need to be replaced. Some of my Farberware pans are over 50 years old and still work great and clean up beautifully.
Just love it!!

In 1973, we got a 2 quart Farberware saucepan for a wedding present. Over the years, it has been great, but recently it developed a warp on the bottom, which caused some items to burn or cook unevently. I discovered that Farberware has a lifetime guarantee, submitted the information and pictures, and !Surprise! got a replacement Farberware 2 quart saucepan in the mail. We look forward to many more years using it.

I have been using these pans since I got married in 1964. Love them. I don't use anything else. I will be 79 in May. The pans never wear out. Now I need the pressure cooker. These make great pans for Wedding gifts.
