Q: I have same question other customer asked. What is the non-stick coating? Is it teflon? Very important as we have birds and are concerned regarding the chemical given off in the air by teflon coatings can kill birds.

The lid shattered without any heat or major pressure to it. The pan is already scratched after two uses. Skip spending your money on this

Love the size and clear lid. The extra handle to help lifting with both hands is very welcome for large pans. I am using this to cook all our meals in while relocated for health recovery. Ordering and eating out becomes very expensive and nothing like a home cooked meal. I’ve made soup, fried up burgers, veggies, pancakes It’ll be a great addition to our kitchen when we return home.

There are multiple issues I had with this purchase. The description online did not give me the correct image of the pan. It turned out to be way to big and very, very heavy for me to handle. When I went to pick it up at the Watertown, MA Target the service person carried it out in his arms with no wrapping or bag. As he walked closer I could see that there was some deep scratches on the outside of the pan. I pointed it out to him and offered to return it for me. I asked if there was more in the store, there was. So, I went and got another one and went back to the service person and he removed the label off the scratched pan and put it on the one I had in my cart. I truly feel that this was a returned item, because of the deep scratches, which was being resold to me. How can Target sell damaged return item to a different customer? This is a bad practice.

Wooden spoon caused major scratching issues on non-stick surface

Everything about the pan is great except after my first use with a wooden spoon the Teflon has a few major scratches and numerous small scratches that appear to have damaged the non-stick coating. Will resort to plastic spoons to see if they too can still cause scratches.

I bought this pan a while ago (apx 6-8 months) but had not written a review until now. So sad to see such poor quality. Non stick coating started coming off after the 3rd use. I am very careful with my non stick pans and only use wood, silicone or melamine utensiles. I have some very old Faberware that I love so was very sad to see how poor their quality has gotten. I will not be buying any new Faberware in the future.

The non stick cracks

Awful. After 4 uses the black nonstick coating is coming off. We do not use anything other than bamboo spoons- it isn’t scraping. We wash by hand. The bottom has crackling- reminds me of paint when it starts to crack and peel.

Our non-stick pans started sticking, so we were able to obtain one of these saucepans with our Target points. It is massive, built like a tank, and already getting daily use in the kitchen. Excellent for skillet stews and cassaroles, and it'll do anything a frying pan can do as well. And did I mention? It's HUGE!

This is a nice-sized pan, and I thought it would be perfect; however the bottom is warped. It wobbles all over my glass stove, and I have to keep adjusting it to keep it on the heat. Very disappointed.

This is now my new favorite breakfast pan!! I no longer have to cook my family's bacon in multiple batches. I can now get breakfast made in half the time. Plus that handle is nice when I am pouring the bacon grease into the container that I store it in. Really a terrific pan that makes my life easier!!
