In the picture on the website it looks really nice. When I got it the color was a little off. It’s soft to touch but it has the look of a faux leather. It does the job of keeping files and/or binders separate and organized. This would probably look better in a black color.

It’s lightweight as well, so it may tip over easily. Overall, it seems like this was designed as more of a decoration, but it does help with storage of cards and paper too.

I received a 2 slot letter organizer in a faux brown leather. This faux covering means you can use this organizer pretty much anywhere as it can clean up quite easily. It is 8 inches high, 10 inches wide and 4 inches in depth. The first slot is lower than the back wall as it allows a quick view. Actually, I am using it for holding file folders as opposed to letters, but I'm sure the object of use was meant to be a means to organize whatever you need it to organize. I found that the letter organizer is weighted which keeps it securely on the surface where it sits. I felt comfortable that it wouldn't tip over and dump sheets of paper on the floor. In my case, I placed it on the corner of my desk to keep a couple folders that I access frequently. It is a convenient way to stay organized throughout the day. Overall, the letter organizer is a good choice for organizing a desk. The unit I received had dented corners caused from shipping, so my only drawback was how it was shipped. It wasn't very well wrapped. Otherwise this organizer can find a use in many homes, whether for work or for just your day to day life.
