Q: What is the spacing height of the first and second shelf? Hard to tell cause I’m not sure how many inches the first shelf is off the ground.

Q: I want to stack two into a six-tier shelf which it says is possible. In small print on the directions it says I need to separately order 4 pcs of connector E. How do I do this? No one I call will help
