A: The Target rep.'s answer is incorrect. It says right on the box "350 lbs PER SHELF"

Decent product, definitely not perfect.
It's a decent item but I find it very difficult to assemble and it's very heavy and I'm worried about these type of shells tipping over. If you have something that is very heavy to store and you have it in a garage, I think this is the right solution for you potentially. I really don't care that it's infinitely adjustable. I don't need to adjust myself usually by 1 in here and there. It's an added complication that I do not personally value

These shelves are great! Not difficult or complicated to put together and can be done by 1 person. Once assembled they hold a surprising amount of weight. Lots of room, fits so much stuff. Got 2 in different sizes. Why didn’t I get this sooner?

I struggled with this shelf
The snap thingies, don't snap together, and may slipped down when attempting to place the shelf. It took some time, but I THINK I have them secured. I'm concerned they are not durable or steady for the amount of weight it claims to hold. Time will tell. I purchased during the Target circle days back in September 2024, so the price was absolutely right, otherwise I would have returned these based upon those plastic snap clips (I bought 5 of various sizes). I put two in my garage, with some heavier storage boxes. 2 weeks in, so far so good.

Do not buy this!
There are small, plastic, two piece snaps that hold the shelves up. The shelves kept collapsing, pushing down the plastic pieces on poles that have slight indentations where the pieces are supposed to lock onto. Sometimes they seemed to snap on, but would inevitably still collapse. Never had an opportunity to put any weight on any of the shelves. Couldn't even move the completed shelf without a snap undoing one place or another and falling down to the next indention (used to align all four sides). The frames are very strong, but it just couldn't be held by a mere plastic snap. Really too bad cuz the frames are very strong metal. No way to hold it together. p.s. My finger nails took a hit as everytime a snap moved, I had to unsnap using my finger nail to get in between the two pieces.

Super Sturdy for a Great Price!
For the price I expected this to be sturdy-ish but not perfect but I was completely wrong (in a good way). This rack is incredibly sturdy and seems like it will last awhile. Also very easy to put together - I was able to put it together myself in ~20 minutes.
