A: The device has a light that flashes at different points. The first time you will see it flash is when you first plug it in. It will flash twice to indicate that the device is working. The light will be dormant until it's time to replace the refill. When the refill is almost empty, the light will flash continuously for 7 days. The light ring will also turn on when you press the Boost Button which will indicate that it is working.

It was refreshing and bright and filled. The whole room with scent. It also lasted so long, almost 2 months the boost button is also really convenient for pets or before having people over.

This item did not work well, I purchased two and hate that I threw the box away from the other one. The item plugged in does not spread the sent at all, even while pressing the boost button, it’s a cute idea but you’re better off doing the regular plug in wall where the scents will will flow around the room, with this device you literally have to put your nose right up to it to see if it’s working. I also tried adjusting the slider on the back, this also did not allow the scent to flow throughout the room, I personally do not recommend this item, and will not repurchase again.

It may help to know the light on the device will blink twice when you turn it on, but it will remain on only during the boosting period and when the refill needs to be replaced. Unless you push the scent booster you won't smell anything continuously. Maybe good for a small space. Ineffective in my bedroom and living room. The refills are expensive. Great idea but not for the cost. If I still had the boxes I'd return them.
