[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A stapler is the sort of utilitarian office product that you expect to work flawlessly when you purchase it, and to continue to be dependable for years to come. In the short time the Fellowes LX820 has been in our office it has performed well with multiple users and has never jammed or failed. Its slightly heavier weight makes it less likely to get knocked off of a crowded desktop and it is easy to load and operate. It has a feeling of overall quality which bodes well for its continued use into the future. I am well pleased with the Fellowes LX820. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I guess I was expecting more and less from this sample. Less weight and more capability. It is really well put together and will definitely last and i am pretty sure that if you're the explosive throw things at walls kind of boss it will survive that too. It is well made and because of how "tight" it is I had to check where it is made. everything lines up correctly, there is no excessive play in the components, even the staple style plate fits in its spot like a glove. The paint job is smooooth! Very high quality and slick enough that if you're not paying attention it will slip out of your hand. To sum it up, a well built, high quality stapler that should last forever and unlike it's predecessors it doesn't take a ton of effort to staple a thick bunch of papers. But still more effort than I expected.
