Longevity is great. I have not tried MG, so I can't speak to that. The first sniff is straight alcohol, turns into an alcoholic drink (not a fruity one) and then settles into a woody skin scent. Just not for me.

Not a winner in my opinion
The notes sound divine and I really like pear which what you smell upon initial spray. No cedarwood upon dry down. This is VERY floral heavy and most scents I like that other people don't and state that it smells like an old lady, that's this. This is what I picture a grandma would wear. It's just not for me but maybe others will like it. Like most fragrances and body mists it's long lasting on clothes but not the skin. There are fragheads like me that want strong longevity for the skin. Finery, we are in a not so great place economy wise, opening the box and finding it not filled up, it is not ok. You didn't do this when you first came out. Please don't continue to do this. Fill the bottles all the way up before sealing it into a box. Speaking of economy, as it gets worse $30 is starting to enter the pricy range. Yes $30 was excellent five years ago, but not so much now. Us budgeteers still want to be able to treat ourselves more then twice a year or holidays. Please think about knocking at least $5 off both the perfume and body mist. I love finery and want to continue to enjoy it. Thank you for reading.

Longevity is excellent. It stayed on my clothes for the entire night. I don’t get any notes of Cedarwood, this is very floral heavy, and the pear stands out beautifully upon first spray, however due to different body chemistry for some reason, there was an essence of body odor. This might work for other people.
