A: Thank you for reaching out to us. Spots and film form in the dishwasher's rinse cycle, when detergents are already down the drain. Rinse Agents works in the rinse cycle, lowering the surface tension of water and causing it to sheet. Better rinsing results in less spots and film. Without rinse aid dishes and dishwasher interior will have excessive moisture. The heat dry option will not perform as well without rinse aid. Fill your rinse aid dispenser with Finish Jet-Dry Rinse Aid. Finish Jet-Dry Rinse Aid is automatically released in the rinse cycle every time your dishwasher runs. I can say bye bye to water spots! It’s so easy to use. All you do is pour into the designated chamber of the dishwasher until the product reaches the top line. My dishes dry quickly and come out looking brand new! I also use the Lysol wipes around my kitchen for a germ free lightly scented freshness! These products both work to keep my kitchen clean and sanitary!

I recently purchased a stainless steel dishwasher for the first time and it takes forever for the dishes to be dry. Most of the time I have to dry them when I unload before I put them away.
