Fire Sense Stainless Steel Telescoping Offset Pole Mounted Infrared Patio Heater

I'm thrilled to share my positive experience with these electric patio heaters. I purchased two of them, and they've added a lot of warmth and joy to my outdoor space. Here's why I'm so pleased: First off, these heaters are impressively well-built. Unpacking them, I was pleased to see that they are made from high-quality materials, free from any cheap or flimsy components. I am not the most handy person, so assembling them did require the help of another person, and it took a bit of time, but it was a manageable task with a 10mm socket, a 19mm socket, and a trusty Philips screwdriver. The resulting setup is rock-solid, free from wobbling or instability. Once they were assembled, we eagerly plugged them in, and they didn't disappoint. These heaters quickly filled our patio with comforting warmth, making our outdoor gatherings cozy and enjoyable, even in cooler weather. These have essentially turned my outdoor patio into a four season space! One notable point is that I bought two of these heaters, and both have been working reliably. However, just before hitting the one-year mark, one of them had a minor issue with the thermostat. It would work for a few minutes and then suddenly shut itself off. I was a bit concerned, but the company's customer service came through swiftly. They provided a new part and clear instructions on how to replace it, and I had the heater up and running in no time. These heaters have truly transformed my outdoor space into a welcoming haven. They may not be the flashiest feature, but they certainly are the heart of my outdoor gatherings. he looks like a little robot! but seriously, love this thing because I can use it in the garage. it's heat is very directional - as in you only feel it if you're right in it's line of heat (unlike the round propane ones you feel in all directions). It's not super powerful but I still love it.

Had a small problem when assembling my new heater , noticed one of the threaded holes was missing. called the service number on a Monday had the new part by Friday. Great customer service, everyone loves the new patio heater. Will definitely recommend

I decided to try this before spending a lot more money to have a 240 volt commercial heater installed. This is working well and saved us a lot of money.

I haven’t used the heater much, but heats up quickly and puts out enough heat for the small area we used it. Building it was not difficult. The only issue I ran into is the rubber cover around the power switch is loose and either too thick or mine is warped where the on switch won’t stay on without me moving the rubber cover slightly to let the switch stay on.

I bought this heater in October of 2022. Used it the same month on our covered patio and it works very quickly to warm the area. It is extremely nice looking (stainless steel), has withstood some heavy winds already and was easy to put together. No more clicking and hoping the propane starts, no more running to the store for more propane, just heat when you need it! Love this thing!

Works great and heats a good size area sitting outside in 60 deg weather

I used it for the first and only time so far. Ran it for two hours with no issues. Heat fall off is as I expected for this kind of source. 4" is too close, 10 feet is too far. Assembly was not difficult to understand but hardware and the alignment of holes or threads that didn't turn easily made it more difficult. I highly recommend using a 10mm socket for most of the supports bolts. Raising the column requires a bit of strength but stays put without issue. Knobs for tightening could be more finger friendly. The cord could be about 6 feet longer. The base has two extra holes that seem unnecessary and are not explained. The cover goes on with the zipper toward the base. Wheels with larger diameter would make it roll easier and smoother.

I purchased this for use on our patio for cooler fall evenings. We used for our recent Halloween party and it was a hit. Fairly easy to assemble and looking forward to many years of use.

Bought this for my Father-in-law's 91st birthday party. To keep him safe from COVID exposure, we had our party outside on the deck in 50 degree weather. A bit chilly, especially for someone his age. The patio heater saved the day and kept the whole family warm. Solid build quality and good and flexible design.

When I took everything out of the box I was surprised by the quality of the materials - no cheap looking or plastic parts. To assemble it I used a 10mm socket and wrench, a 19mm socket, and a Philips screwdriver. I used the 10mm socket to tighten all the screws except for the screw at the top of gooseneck that connected to the lamp. I had to use the wrench to tighten that screw. I found it best to start all the screws to make sure the screws were all aligned before tightening them. I used the 19mm socket to tighten base screw. After assembly the heater and stand are solid and not wobbly. When I plugged it in I was impressed with the heat output from the lamp. However, I haven't yet tried the lamp in cold weather.

I ordered the unit and received in five days. Assembly was straightforward. couple of concerns that contributed to the four star review; the on/off switch doesn't seat well against pole and clamp collars have sharp edges. This unit will be used on our screened porch. I can't wait for some cooler weather to give it a full seasonal try.

Just setup a couple days ago. assembly took about 40 minutes. high quality stainless steel. entire heater weel built.

We bought this heater to extend the use of our patio in the pre and post seasons for summer and it has been great. It really cranks out the heat and it is so easy to just flip the switch and turn it on. No propane to deal with, so nice. The ability to raise and lower the unit and tilt the head gives you control on how much heat you feel radiating from the unit. A fabulous purchase.

Got it for Christmas. Absolutely perfect to heat my 3 car garage during the winter when the temp was 30. Kept the garage comfortable, not cold, not too warm. Was easy to assemble but like every product made in China the metal is too soft, the pole's holes don't always line up, so the screws being a bit difficult to tightened down enlarge those unmatched holes causing them not to tighten down properly. Got it to work right anyway. Very happy with it.
