    Sloooooow shipping

    Skates are fine, but these ship 3rd party from Roller Derby and it was kind of a nightmare. I placed an order 3 weeks before Christmas for 2 pairs of skates. 1 pair took 10 days to arrive, and the other took 26 days- arrived well after Christmas. I called customer service for help after the package arrived with a missing pair of skates (showed to have shipped together) and the rep told me to wait a few more days and if they didn’t come in I could call back and have them replaced. It wasn’t helpful as I needed them by Christmas and waiting a few days would ensure the skates wouldn’t make it in time. If you’re in a rush or can’t wait weeks for your order I’d probably order elsewhere. I ended up ordering from Amazon and they arrived next day- so Christmas was saved. Planning to return the Target pair.
