I have been using Udo Erasmus products for several years. This is one of the best things that I have ever added to my diet. I feel it actually helps me when trying to lose a few pounds. It also makes me feel like my entire body is getting taken care of and moisturized from the inside out. My skin feels better and my body is more regular. I highly recommend this product for those who are trying to lose weight. It enhances your body overall functions.
