Cute, not comfortable. As an adult I tested it and there was no padding on the boards behind your legs. Even my kids (5 and 7) thought it was uncomfortable unless they sat on a pillow. We returned it.

Great for home, not school
I purchased two of these chairs, and while I love them, there are a couple of things that overtime they aren't the best with. Naturally, things get dirty. This particular one shows it (as expected). The fabric, if you spot clean doesn't look the same in the area. I used these in my classroom. Most children could safely use appropriate. However, one child was unable to and kicked the bottom out of this chair (again this is an isolated issue I just was hopeful that it could take some abuse from a 5 year old). I do love these chairs and would purchase for a home setting, not ideal for children who will use incorrectly.

This reminds me of a chair we would have had in the 90s as a teen. It folds out so there really is no padding. It’s not comfortable. I got it for my daughters’ bedroom and they’re young so they like it but I wouldn’t buy for anyone that is wanting to actually sit in it and utilize it. Pretty cheap

Great room addition but could use snaps to clean
This couch is so wonderful for a kids room. It’s a great addition for them to stretch out and look at television or reading. I just wish it came with heavy duty snaps to take off and toss in washer as kids can be messy. I’ve had to use a handheld shampooer to clean it.

Perfect for lounging
This chair is really great, I purchased for my 8 and 6 year old children and they have been in them most of the day since getting them. I have 6 kids ages 14-4 and they all love these. I wouldn’t buy them for a child over the age of 10-11 though as they aren’t really quite big enough to lounge on for that age. However, since they are in the house my older kids have all sat in them for a bit and they have been comfortable. The material is soft and similar to sherpa. There is a good amount of padding in the chair too. These will be a great addition to our family movie nights and afternoon reading.

Purchased as an option for my 4 year olds reading corner. It works great for her but I don’t know how great it would be for older kids. Sits on the lower side to ground and doesn’t feel as strong and sturdy as I had expected. I also purchased while it was on sale, not sure I’d be happy if I paid full price.
