About the Author



Louis Garb is qualified to practice in Israel, South Africa and Botswana. In addition he is a Jurisconsulte for Monaco and has received official recognition from the English Law Association as an expert practitioner in the field of private international law.His publications include Enforcement of Foreign Judgments (Kluwer Law International, 1995), International Succession (Kluwer Law International, 1998), International Kidnapping (Brill Nijhoff, 2008), and International Succession (Oxford University Press, 2015).

Julian Copeman is a commercial litigation partner at Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer. He is qualified in England and Wales and in Hong Kong. For over 30 years he has advised on a wide range of disputes including force majeure disputes.

Richard Mendoza is a commercial litigation of Counsel at Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer. His practice includes advising company boards on director liability and crisis management issues. He has previously contributed to Mortimore on Company Directors: Duties, Liabilities and Remedies, 4th Ed.
