I have been using dove for 25 years and I'm very disappointed with the new formula. I have sensitive skin and this was the only wash I could ever use. Now my skin is itching and it's causing problems in my areas down below. Sorry you guys have lost a lifelong customer!

I have been using the body wash and beauty bar (both sensitive skin) for years but could not figure out why I would always itch. I changed from lotion to cream and I stopped taking really hot showers. It wasn't until my mother (who also uses Dove products - just doesn't have sensitive skin) used my body wash and soap and her skin was immediately dried out and itchy that I figured out it was the Dove products. I have not found a replacement yet but will not be returning to this.

#1 dermatologist-recommended body wash brand for sensitive skin, still does not mean it is dermatology tested product. I had used this product, and it causes my hand to itch. I switch to a dermatology tested body and the itchy symptom is gone.

I don’t know what I would do if I couldn’t use this wonderful body wash for my very sensitive skin. It leaves my skin soft and hydrated without worrying about rashes or breaking out. And I have VERY sensitive skin. The scent is very mild and clean. Thank you Dove. Please please don’t quit making this product. Not everyone can use scented products.

I have been using Dove products for sensitive skin for over 6 years. Started using Dove sensitive 24 hr renewing micro moisture and have developed severe rashes/allergic reaction to it...Did the ingredients change ?? Also noticed that it seems to be drying my skin and making it itch. Will no longer be using this product...my dermatologist even mentioned that you might have changed ingredients.

I have used Dove Sensitive for many years. The new formula doesn't have that gentle, nearly non-existent smell - it's more caustic. The new formula creates a slight burning sensation in my genital area, even though I don't directly use it there; then leaves that area itchy long after my shower. So sorry to say I can no longer use the product. I'd so love to have the old Dove Sensitive formula back.

Idk what it is about this product, I bought it from a local store and it worked horribly, it gave me rashes on skin and I’d not recommend this product at all. Might just be my skin but it left multiple rashes, especially on my s lower stomach(bullybutton and etc)and upper legs(from knees and up)Now, I can barely walk without my legs rubbing up against each other and burning. I recommend Olay or Eos instead.

My dermatologist gave me a sample to try and I have regrets. Generally hypoallergenic products are fragrance free, but this one isn't and I think that is irritating my eczema

I don’t know what they did, but this new packaging body wash smells like bad oatmeal to me. I can’t use it anymore due to the nasty scent. Pretty disappointed I’ve been using this body wash for 20+ years.
