Franklin Sports Blackhawk 6'6"x3'3" Pop-Up Soccer Goal: Fiberglass & Polyester Frame

Second time pitching this… holds up despite weather etc

I assumed I had ordered the wrong goal for my kid’s birthday when ordering multiple things at once, only to come look back at my purchase months later to see what size I ordered in case I needed another and I realized *they* sent me the completely wrong thing. The goal I received is nowhere near 6x3.

Don’t but it.horrible instructions and no way does it fold up to make it portable

This goal straight up sucks. It’s cheap. The poles get stuck and twisted up in the netting that’s sewn into the yellow pocket, and the poles break.

This product was first claimed to be easy to set up but that statement was false. The metal is very bad quality and it causes me and my family to get splinters in our hands because of the metal. I’d recommend to buy another product and save your money.

I put it together. Then folded it up and put it against the wall. The fiberglass broke within 30 minutes.

Got pieces of fiberglass stuck in my finger from assembly. Did not come out after two months so I had hand surgery to get the pieces out, two stitches needed!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND

Fantastic item for my soccer girls. I can understand how some would find this inadequate for more advanced players but for beginners I found it great value. Was fairly easy to set up, if you can put a tent up you can do this.

Easy to put together took me around 20 minutes for Both my kids love it!!

Don't waste your money absolutely junk , no directions doesn't specify what to do , total junk buy a net and put around to posts this is absolutely garbage, waste of time and money

Broke in one summer. Frame is super thin.

These goals are a good product overall. The price is affordable, they are sturdier than the less expensive portable models sold by Franklin, and they can be set up and taken down easily. Regular use causes wear and eventually, something fails. The shock cords inside the frame are tied into knots at the ends of the frame and the tension is what holds the frame together. The cord eventually wears out and breaks just above the knot, and the cord relaxes and snaps inside the frame. This can be prevented by examining the knotted ends of the cords, and when needed, tying a new knot in the cord. Eventually, there is too much tension in the line and it can't be stretched further, so when it breaks, the cord must be replaced with a new piece. It takes some creativity to run that cord back through the frame, but it is possible. The netting fabric tears after extended use, but it can be resown with a needle and thread. The nets also can be torn through regular use. They can be repaired as well with similar weight twine or string. However, there is a limited lifetime in the fiberglass frame rods, and after enough use, they begin to crack at the ends. Taping and gluing do not seem to work, so eventually, they split so much that they aren't repairable. We use these goals 2x per week for small-sided pickup games. Our group's experience is that with care and repairs, these goals last between 1-2 years.

It has potential but it is not manufactured correctly. We bought this for our son with intentions to use it primarily in our parking lot so we were using the tools for that setup, and it was just terrible. The strap that connects the front corners together was too tight that we could not set up one side without the other side messing up; I also got fiberglass in my thumb and finger trying to fix it. We’ll be returning it as soon as we can

I honestly don’t understand why this product has any good reviews. I bought this for my son he used it two times. It has already broken. It is not stay in the ground. If your child has a strong leg and kicks that ball in the net it will break. I wasted money on this don’t buy it.

It is perfect to take it to the park, it is very easy to assemble and disarm

This was so fun, but just playing a few months, it has ripped at the bottom.

This is an amazing product for the price! You can’t beat it honestly for the quality and ease of use. Sure, there are more stable metal ones but for a pop up, this is great!

My 10 year old assembled this completely on his own, so it was super easy. The taking apart and reassembly takes time, but not too hard. Works great - especially for the price.

Bought for a present. Price was excellent compared to other brands on the market.

My grandson is getting so interested in soccer and needed a goal. His birthday was coming up and with grandma's set income I so wanted to get him one. I found it at Target. Between us both trying to set it up, and YouTube, we did it. He loves it, every day after school.
