Defective manufacturing
When taking out of the box to set up, we discovered the foam was installed on the wrong side of the backboard. This made it impossible to use the unit properly (can’t do bank shots) and would result in door scratches.

Not Best for Indoor Use
This is not designed for indoor bedrooms. The ball is extremely hard and will make a lot of noise when it hits the door and the wall. I would suggest getting this for your garage or use in a room that isn't close to where you sleep. My son is using it and it sounds like someone is shooting a missile against the door. The quality is good since it hasn't broken yet after a week.

Basketball Hoop
The Basketball Hoop was terrible. I followed directions and I used double sided tape to keep it on the wall and that didn’t work. The over the door pieces didn’t work as it would not allow the door to open or close. So it sits in the garage.
