The aroma of the beans brought me joy straight out of the box, I emptied the hopper and cleaned it out right away just to give these beans a try. And let me tell you, just by the crema the pour gave out I knew the espresso shot was going to be amazing and it was. The notes were all there the acidity wasn't over powering it was so smooth and the quality of the roast was perfect. I will definitely be ordering more and a bigger bag. Thank you so very much.
