The process is not harsh on the coffee, leaving true flavor behind without the astringent aftertaste that some traditionally decaffeinated coffees possess.

This Mexican is only $5 more for 5 pounds than the Colombian. Plus this Mexican has more depth of flavor and less caffeine.
