[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Dogs love these fresh yummy treats! They are soft and a nice size treat for my spoiled kids who are not very happy when u hand them a tiny treat. These they actually sit down and take a few minutes to savor. Price is actually really good too.

If you want something healthier than many dry/dusty crunchy treats, especially for dogs who might have dental issues or who don’t like hard treats, Dog Joy Chicken is a strong option. However, due to the refrigeration and limited shelf life, it’s best suited for owners who: • Use treats somewhat regularly but not in massive volume (so the bag doesn’t go bad) • Have space in the fridge/freezer and manage “fresh” pet food/treats well • Are willing to pay a bit more for quality and better ingredients If you were using treats just for high-value rewards (e.g. training, vet visits), this seems like it could be a good fit. For every day “snacking”, perhaps a more cost-efficient treat would also be considered.

They are soft, so are easy for my pup with some missing teeth to eat. The only downside is they are refrigerated and must be used within 10 days of opening. Which is fine as long as I remember they’re in the fridge. Package re-seals well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Now for a greedy dog, Freshpet Dog Joy is almost perfect. It motivates heavily, smell isn’t unpleasant and good texture. Just watch portion size because your dog will want to eat it all up.

But, the more impressive feat is that another family member's senior lab - who is very picky and will only eat soft foods - also loved them! Both dogs gobbled them right up and begged for more! They are the perfect size for a little treat for a medium to large size dog and seem very fresh. The bag was easily resealable and needed to be stored in the fridge. They don't smell very good to me, however, so I tend to avoid breathing in the scent. I also didn't think the price for the amount you got was bad and will definitely be repurchasing!

The texture was odd to me but to my pup it was fine. They didn’t have much smell in my opinion. The packaging is nice because it reseals for storage. These seem to be well made. I wouldn’t buy them because they were not a “in demand “ treat.

One of my dogs is on an extremely limited diet and I was thrilled that these fit her restrictions. Only wish that I could stock up, but it’s worth the trade-off for real, clean ingredients.
