Once it is thawed and still unopened, it can last until the sell-by date. Once it is opened, it can last for 7 days. Keep in mind that the texture and moisture may change slightly after freezing, but the nutritional value stays the same. I will look on the website to make sure my neighborhood Target has the food stocked, but when I get there, there is none in the refrigerator. Now, I can either wait in line at the customer service desk and have them page someone to go in the back and pull out the product and stock the refrigerator, or I can just leave and go to Petco where it is a little bit more expensive, but accessible. My dog loves the Homestyle Creations, both flavors. I was using the Fresh Pet rolls and then one day, he just stopped eating them. No rhyme or reason. He has never refused the Homestyles. They are also easy for Mom....just open the bag and pour. And there's no stinky odor like with canned food. I just wish there were larger sizes than 1 and 2 #. My dog eats 4 cups of food a day so I go through it fast.
