A: Hi, while our rolls are made to be served fresh from the fridge, you can feel free to freeze any unused portions upon opening. Keep in mind texture and moisture levels may vary after freezing, but this will not change the nutritional value of the food. For any unopened rolls, it is best to keep it in the refrigerator until the sell by date stamped on the package. Hope this helps! - Jillian

Q: Is this a low fat product? My 6pound chihuahua has a super sensitive gi tract and evidently, Gallbladder sludge. He stays on a NO fat/super low fat diet.

Q: My local target has been out of this food for 2 weeks. It's the only food we have found that his stomach tolerates. Is there a way to stock sensitive stomach and skin more regularly?

A: Freshpet dog food is a complete and balanced food formulated for dogs. It should not be fed to cats as the only diet since cat nutrition requirements are different from dogs. It will not harm your cat if fed as a treat or occasionally as a supplemental recipe. But, we would recommend you check with your vet if you are using it as your pet's sole diet. Great option for my older pup

This particular formulation was a good fit for us as my oldest dog has very sensitive skin and tummy troubles. The packaging is easy to cut, but I wish it had portion markers on the outside so I could just slice some up to mix in with their food.

Shockingly Good!

He’s a picky eater but loved this so I will continue to buy. My dog is a senior with most of his teeth removed so we use soft food and this one is a favorite now! Never seen my dog so excited!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My girls coat is shiny and she scarfed the food down! Only downside is I have large dogs and they would need a lot of this food to sustain them. I ended up using it as a topper and that worked wonderfully and stretched the package out a bit. I’m not sure I would buy again because it would be a lot economically for us, but for smaller dogs I think this is a very easy way to feed fresh food.
