[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Give it 3 stars because the material feels like hard paper and only stretches vertically way I got c section and was hard for me keep the underwear up so these disposable panties fits me well but they were a bit hard I was sore or maybe my body was so tired and sore and feels that way but the big pads fits well in these undies

This keep it from rolling over the incision and with the thick material the underwear will stay on your body to help you lay comfortably without worry the pads move out of place.

I used it when I had my first son, and I plan on using them again for this baby. The fabric feels like real underwear, and you can get away with wearing each pair more then once. Very comfortable and convenient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a package of the Frida Mom high-waist disposable postpartum underwear (8 pack) in exchange for my honest review. It arrived just in time for our return from the hospital. They are adequately soft and comfortable, although I could tell they were made from synthetic materials—not my preference, especially during a healing time like postpartum. The waist is gentle on the incision and, for the most part, doesn’t roll down at the waist. They are flexible and move with your changing body. As the packaging suggests, I felt like each pair holds up well for up to 24 hours. The adhesive from hospital/postpartum pads does eventually cause stretching and tears, so I can’t imagine wearing them longer and/or washing to reuse. Four stars for contributing to a clean and comfy postpartum. If they were made of organic cotton, it would definitely be a 5 for me!

They’re super soft, stretchy, and breathable. They held my pads securely without feeling tight or uncomfortable, and the high-waisted fit gave me the support I needed without irritating my incision area (C-section moms, these are amazing!). I also loved that they’re disposable but durable—you can easily wear a pair for a full day without them ripping or losing shape.

I am a plus sized gal already and currently in my second trimester. I am glad to have these ahead of time, because they are going in my hospital bag, and I did try out a pair already because my son loves to squish my bladder, which I'm sure others can identify with, but it's also caused occasional leakage. These disposable underwear are designed to fit a range of sizes, and I was pleased to find out that they fit me in my current shape and size. They're comfortable and wear well, and also help with those occasional leaks. However, I think for immediate postpartum I would wear with some sort of a pad insert so I'd feel more secure and protected during the 6-8 weeks postpartum when bleeding and clots were unpredictable for me after my daughter's birth.

The high-waisted fit gave me the support I needed without irritating my incision area. They held the big postpartum pads securely without shifting or bunching, which made moving around way easier. Not size 16–18 friendly. Or if you have a big butt/ thick thighs. Way too small and ripped them just trying them on.
