[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great boost for pre-work out, I use mostly before intensive sports like before I go mountain biking, hockey, and high intensity cardio workouts. So far this product has been outstanding with no jitters and no weird gut side effects. I usually take this before workout and a frog fuel recovery during or post workout and have been extremely satisfied with the results.
