It was sweet and not totally like regular frosted flakes but I feel like you don't truly get the strong cookies and cream flavor until you have the milk at the end. I'm not sure if it was just the box I got but the flakes weren't super big and the whole package was really "crummy" Overall, I probably wouldn't buy this again as it wasn't super appealing how I got it.
