Frozen Roasted Sweet Potato Chunks - 12oz - Good & Gather™

Dishing up a great side dish is quick and easy with frozen Roasted Sweet Potatoes from Good & Gather™. These sweet potatoes have been frozen with no preservatives, and they're microwaveable so you can get them on the table in minutes. The sweet potatoes are also pre-cut in chunks to cut down your prep time even further. With tons of ways to prepare them after cooking, the chunks of sweet potato make a versatile addition to your table. Enjoy the roasted sweet potato chunks with butter and a sprinkling of brown sugar, or turn them into a hot salad with pieces of bacon, celery, green onion and feta.

Directions:
Needs to be fully cooked. Keep frozen until ready to prepare.
For food safety, cook to 165°F until hot throughout. Appliances may vary; adjust cooking time accordingly.
Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately.
Microwave
Do not puncture or open before microwaving.
1. Place unopened bag THIS SIDE UP in microwave oven. Evenly distribute vegetables inside.
2. Microwave on HIGH for 5 to 5 1/2 minutes or until hot.**
3. Let stand 1 minute.  Bag will be hot; lift from corners.  Open carefully. 
**Directions developed for 1100 watt microwave ovens. Cooking in ovens of lower watts will require additional time.
Stovetop
1. Heat 1 Tbsp. olive oil in large skillet over MEDIUM heat. Add potatoes and stir to coat with oil. 
2. Cover and cook for 10 1/2 minutes until hot throughout, stirring frequently.
3. Season to taste; serve.
