A: Hello, for a twin or full size mattress the stretch is up to 15 inches so there may be anywhere from 1 to 2 inches of excess material. For queen or king sizes mattresses the stretch is up to 18 inches so there may be anywhere from 4 to 5 inches of excess fabric. Thank you for your question.

Q: Does the lifetime warranty protect against rips? I've been buying a new one at least once per year due to constant rips. My mattress is 15", so I'm not stretching it too much. Would be nice to have warranty coverage against ripping.

So, to the extent that the product fails because of a manufacturing defect, we stand behind that product and would honor a replacement. That does not mean, however, that we’d recommend not replacing your bedding over the course of your lifetime.

I have a queen with a depth of 14in and this goes up to 18in. It does NOT go all the way on the mattress and keeps coming off. I have to fix it everyday when I make the bed in the morning. I definitely would NOT RECOMMEND this product to anyone

Makes a lot of noise
It’s is cool when you first get in bed. I don’t find it any cooler than my previous mattress cover. I also find it to be make a lot of noise. I didn’t return it but I also wouldn’t recommend it.

Not Cool
I wash hoping this would truly be a cool touch mattress protector. I took a photo of the temperature of the mattress cover and then another one 15 seconds after placing my hand on the bed. It heated up right away with 10 degree difference 73.4 to 83.3. I will return this item.
