[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tool is a must have for any gardener. Its extremely lightweight but packs a big punch when starting a new bed or rejuvenating soil before spring planting. Requires minimal effort with big results. Soil in the northern plains of the US is thick and heavy, with a quick thrust and twist, this tool really works hard to break up the soil and help aerate, weed and mix in fertilizers or other additives.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this tool just in time when I needed to remove weeds under my palm trees, and it turned out to be exactly what I needed. It works great on everything from small weeds to tough, overgrown brush like thistles, dandelions, and even 4-wing salt bush. I was able to twist out roots and tear off stubborn branches with surprising ease. The adjustable tines make it versatile for different types of jobs, whether I’m weeding, cultivating, or tilling. I used it after a good rain when the red Oklahoma clay was soft, and it performed beautifully. The twisting motion provides great leverage and makes the work feel a lot less demanding than using a shovel or pulling by hand. It was simple to put together in just a few minutes, and it’s light enough to handle comfortably. I’ve used it around my garden beds, on my compost pile, and even to clear patches of grass crowding my vegetable garden. It can be a bit tough on very dry ground, but moistening the soil first solves that easily. This is a satisfying tool to use and has become a go-to for garden maintenance. I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants something effective, easy to handle, and reliable through the growing season.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This does a fantastic job! Simple tool but so helpful in loosening weeds & soil. You still have to bend down to pick up weeds but loosening them first is a huge help. The claw at the end is solid unlike similar tools and even has a lifetime warranty,
Good tool for tilling, less effective for weeds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a handy little tool that was easy to set up and I am still exploring the various ways it can be used with the prongs on different size settings. It definitely saves my back when tilling or loosening up soil, but I’ve found it less effective on weeds than an action hoe. I also think it works better on drier dirt, because when I try to use it on more moist soil the dirt gets stuck inside the claw part and I have to manually remove it, which defeats some of the back-saving benefits. Overall though it’s definitely a great tool to have in my arsenal and I look forward to finding more uses for it around the gardens and yard!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really loved my original garden weasel and when I saw the pro version I was excited to try it. I used my regular garden weasel for tilling and some weeds, but this upgraded version is so much better! It has three 'settings' all of which are changes manually by adjusting the position of the individual claw and screwing it in place. The small setting is great for pulled by out tough weeds with tap roots, it's small enough that weeds don't slip through the tines but had enough twist to pull out everything. I even was able to pull up some smaller mullberry trees root and all! The medium size is great for tilling (like the original) and pulling up even larger weeds, in my case more mulberry trees, and it worked great! The large size I've had less use for but it is nice when I just need to loosen up some soil for planting. Overall being able to change the size of the claw is a game changer for me. It changes easily enough that I will change it between all three settings in one gardening session. The tines never come loose while in use and the tool is still very easy to use with minimal effort to turn. I think this is a great upgrade from the original and if you don't have either one yet, I would choose this over the original. But I think having both is pretty great too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Garden Weasel Claw Pro is hands-down one of the best tools I’ve added to my gardening arsenal. I bought it hoping it would help with deep-rooted weeds that kept coming back—and wow, it delivered! This thing rips weeds out with hardly any effort. The claws dig deep into the soil and grab the entire root system, not just the surface. I’ve used it on everything from dandelions to tough crabgrass, and it gets the job done every time. No more bending over or fighting with stubborn roots!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The garden weasel claw is a very useful tool for light gardening. It made planting some tomato plants much easier, in our rocky clay soil. The garden weasel can be configured for a wider or smaller hole, by repositioning the claws on the tool. It is not ideal for digging a precise hole, but is a good substitute for a small tiller, if you need to loosen up some soil. It is definitely worth the little bit of space that it takes up in a corner of my garage!
