Our exclusive Tomato Ladders are the sturdiest you can buy, because theyre made with 7mm steel uprights — 20% thicker than others on the market! Theyll last season after season too, thanks to a weatherproof powder coating. Best of all, our Tomato Ladders are better for your plants. The rounded-V shape protects plants from wind and accidental breakage. The seven cradle-shaped cross-members give multiple places for vines to rest, and make it easy to set the ladders into the ground. Perfect fit
Fit perfectly in patio/deck pots. We grew cucumbers, cherry tomatoes and roma tomatoes and the trellis worked great for each. Easy install. Held firm during some wild wind/rain storms we've had.

Brilliant design for other plants.
It's great for trellising my cucumbers and watermelons. The triangular design makes it quite stable and easy to anchor vines to. My only complaint is it's a bit of a sail in windy conditions I wish there was a way to make the base heavier but it's buried in the dirt so I'm at my soils mercy.

Garden Ladders
I love these vegetable support ladders. I bought several over 20 years ago and they are still in great shape. Recently bought more because I love them so much.

Strong, study and well made
Very easy to install and narrow enough to go between my drip irrigation lines. Strong and well anchored for tying off very large pepper plants.

Great for Eggplant
These ladders are sturdy but too short for tomato plants that grow six feet or more. However, they are excellent for supporting eggplant, which is what I use them for. The shorter version of this product is great for peppers.

15 years and still looking good
I have had these for over 15 years and they are rust free and still perfect. I store them inside for the winter and they look barely worn. My husband left 2 out last year and there are rust spots on those so don't store them outside in the winter. They work great supporting my tomato plants, better than anything else. I'm buying more this year. I expect these to last my whole life! I can't recommend these enough!

Best Tomato Cage EVER
These are the best tomato cages I've ever purchased. They're very sturdy and taller than others, come in two parts and fold flat so they are easy to store at the end of the season. I now have 8 of them and couldn't be happier with my purchases.

Love these but color fades fast!
Love these and have bought several red colored support structures over the years from GS but these don't hold their color at all. After 2 years they look pink while all other and older! cages & trellises are still nice and bright red. Bit of a bummer.

The Best of the Best
I bought my first tomato ladders 10 years ago. I have used them in the garden for tomatoes and peas. They are also great supports for sapling trees and young bushes. We live in snow country, and being able to provide extra support for and mark very young tress and bushes along the driveway so they don't get buried in snow plow drifts has been helpful. The new version of the ladders don't stack together like they did 10 years ago, which I miss, but these are taller than the originals and have worked for my young trees. The best part is that I'm not replacing the ones I bought 10 years ago; those are still working well. I'm just adding to what I have.

Sturdy and easy to install
I bought these because I have the pepper stands just like them and am tired of dealing with flimsy tomato cages. These worked so well, are easy to install and stack neatly together. I plan to buy more next year.

Not sure if this is right for me
If the shape was just a bit wider and deeper it would be much easier to use for tomatoes. I don't much like to remove suckers but with this design, it's mandatory. There's a lot of fussing over the tomatoes grown with this system.

I bought this again
They could be larger in width because of the way plants spread out.

Small but mighty
Able to plant variety of tomato plants in a small area. Like the strong and durable design and does not take much space. Used other tomato cages but these are built strong and will last for many years.
