This Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water with Vitamin C is gentle on skin and can be used to remove face makeup and eye makeup. Removes mascara better than the leading face makeup wipes*. The gentle face cleanser is cruelty-free, vegan and formulated without alcohol, oils, fragrance, parabens, and sulfates.
Instructions: Pour onto cotton pad until fully saturated. Gently wipe pad across face to cleanse and remove face makeup. To remove eye makeup, hold pad over closed eyelids for a few seconds, then gently wipe away. Use daily. No need to rinse. Removes mascara better than the leading face make up wipes*.

Not for sensitive skin
This product caused my face to break out. I had previously used the pink cap water before and had no issues. I decided to give the vitamin C one and it was fine at first but now my face is covered in red patches. The bottle says all skin types including sensitive but apparently that’s not true.

I am so in love with this product - not just because it cleans my skin and easily removes my makeup - but also because it's sooooo easy to use. I used to often skip washing my face at night because I had to go to the bathroom, tie my hair back, warm the water, find a washcloth, put soap on it, wash my face, rinse it, dry it - along with the water on the countertop. Now I just sit in bed, put a bit of the micellar water on my cotton wipe, wipe it all over, and I'm done. It's been a major game-changer for me.

I was very skeptical on using this item. I got the Vitamin C one. Been using it for about a week now and I will say, I should have bought this sooner! I have been using Olay Vitamin C + Peptide 24 face cleaner for about 4 months. I had to wash my face twice with it then use a makeup wipe to get all the remaining makeup off my face. Olay never fully got the makeup off, the wipe did that. The Miceller Water get everything off the first time. No greasiness, no redness, just clean skin! Well worth the $9! A little goes a long way, this will last!

Easily removes mineral and chemical sunscreens
I found that soap, water, and a washcloth was not getting all of my sunscreen off and started shopping for a makeup remover that would remove it easily and the Garnier Micellar waters that I have tried do remove my sunscreen quickly without my having to scrub. I have extraordinarily dry skin so of course I moisturize right away after using this, but I haven't found it to be drying. I have very uneven skin tone and it seems to me that one of my most stubborn spots seems to have faded. I am not even halfway through my first 13.5oz bottle yet. I am a consistent daily 40 spf sunscreen user for decades and none of my discolorations has ever changed until I started using this product. I'm here to buy another bottle.

Severe Allergic Reaction
I have sensitive skin, & have previously used the Micellar with the pink cap with zero issues. I will go back to purchasing that product for makeup removal. I never thought a Micellar product would irritate my skin this badly. One application damaged my skin for 5 days. My skin was swollen, puffy, and even hurt to touch. Even La Roche Posay Lipikar hurt to apply to my burned skin. If you have sensitive skin, then this is not the Micellar product for you.
