I am very happy with my HP Desk Jet 2820e printer, purchased about 2 weeks ago and also the Instant Ink Plan. So good to know I won't run out of ink, and the plans to choose from are very reasonably priced, along with having multiple choices of ink plans to select from.

Very difficult setup specially wireless. No easy way besides needing a cable to do the initial setup. I am a IT guy and still had to struggle for 20plus minutes to have setup completed and the scanning part still does not work. Stay away from this printer

I am having a lot of trouble connecting the printer to my laptop. After a lot of time and trouble I disconnected and started again from scratch. Finally got it to work with a cord connection, but still won't work with WiFi.

I didn’t realize I have to use HP ink or else the printer wont print. It is a printer and it does it’s job, it’s my 3rd HP deskjet if that tells you anything. I will not sign up for the ink plan because I hardly print, and when I wear this printer out I will not buy HP again because of your ink rule. I will be watching because someone is going to file a class action lawsuit for the chip in your ink cartridges that will ruin the printer forever. Until I read that about the ink, I loved everything about HP, but now I am mad, sorry for the poor review, but you lost a loyal customer.

I'm glad I didn't recycle my old printer yet...one more paper jam on this 2855 piece of junk and I'm digging out my old one. I can find no reason that the flat when inserted paper would bend and curl in the paper feed, but it surely does.

Very disappointed in what I experienced when replacing my old HP printer. The set/up of the machine was a clunky nightmare covering two days and was made worse by HP’s determination to have me sign up for the ink supply contract. HP is a respected company and can do better than this. Think more of the customer and less of your coffers.

I bought this a few weeks ago to replace an old HP printer and am very pleased with it. My old one lasted 7 years so I think that was pretty good. I like the instant ink programme.as it saves you ever running out of ink.

I have over the years always had a HP printer all in one. I have found them to be very reliable and make it easy for me to send things to print from my laptop so I don't need to keep going from one place to another. They are easy to instal with very clear instructions. I would highly recommend these for home use.

It's super versatile has a built in touch screen so the kids can easily use it too. The battery life is great, I haven't needed to charge while using like my old computer. It was very easy to set up and connect to Internet and printer. Would overall recommend a chromebook to anyone!
