If I could give this item and target (for selling it and customer service) negative stars I would. The furniture came in a highly damaged box that fell apart, the fake wood inside was cheap and scratched. It's the kind of material that cracks as you assemble it and takes so much longer to sssemble than it should. The finished product is not solid. The item shipped with missing hardware and a missing 'wood' pieces. It is non functional but after so much time building it - we just wanted replacement parts to complete it and move one. Target's first customer service resolution sent to me via email after waiting to connect to customer service was 'please try purchasing the same part in store or online'. Well, I already did purchase the parts target - this it em came incomplete. Now you want me to make another purchase when the first purchase was a fail? No replacement of parts were available. No pick up options provided by target unless we provided our own box. They suggested I could purchase a box to get it shipped back through usps. I can also borrow or rent a truck to bring the non functional piece of furniture back to the store for a refund. Not helpful. Total headache and such a dissapointing target experience. Target used to stand behind their products. Save yourself the hassle and buy your furniture elsewhere.
